Housekeeping Fee includes departure cleaning service and linens: 4 towels and 4 washcloths per king, queen, or full bed; 2 towels and 2 washcloths per twin bed; 2 hand towels and 1 bathmat per bathroom; 1 kitchen hand towel and 1 kitchen dish rag. You will also receive a starter roll of toilet paper in every bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen.

House Parties and Groups: House events and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless all members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups regarding their age will not qualify for refunds.
