Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment. Guests can also use the pools and hot tubs located on the bottom level of this building. There is outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool as well as indoor pool and hot tub.

In the off-season, homeowner associations and owners have the opportunity to perform property maintenance and renovations, which may affect resort amenities, pools, and possibly result in unanticipated construction noise. We will make every effort to ensure that all our listings are up to date. However, in the event that any amenities are closed or construction noises are heard, there will be no refunds issued.

All suites managed by Casanita Properties have code locks on the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at any front-desk lobby. All access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in just prior to your 4PM check-in (or earlier check-in time, if arranged). Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will be waiting for you in your suite.

BoardWalk is a smoke-complimentary / tobacco-complimentary Myrtle Beach resort experience. This includes all rooms, balconies, and common areas. As a courtesy to other guests, and to maintain a healthy and clean environment, the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is PROHIBITED. If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum of a $250 fee to cover our cleaning costs. If discovered, a violation of this policy will result in your immediate eviction. This policy is taken seriously and is STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Please, please, please check-out at your arranged check-out time. Late check-outs are very disruptive to our cleaning, inspector and office teams and often inconvenience our next, incoming guests. All violators will be charged an unauthorized late check-out fee of $100.

❃ROUTINE PEST CONTROL
As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure a pleasant and pest-complimentary environment, we have scheduled regular pest control treatments for our property. Floors 6 to 14: Pest control will take place on the first Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September, and November.
Our locations are privately owned and rented by individual hosts (please treat our properties with respect), all questions or requests must be made by contacting us as we are providing guest services. Any front desks operating in, or near, these locations will not have your information and will be unable to assist you with your stay or questions you may have.
Please note our pre-check-in policy. Failure to sign our check-in form and provide a valid government-issued ID by 3 PM on the day of check-in will result in the inability to check in that day. However, guests may reschedule their check-in for the next available day between 10 AM and 3 PM upon compliance with our pre-check-in rules.

- Summer is high season in Myrtle Beach. To get the best value, try shifting your family's Myrtle Beach vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic.
- Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group.
- Property managers frequently offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. - Protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the property when you are out, just like you would back home.
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition.
- Did you have a terrific time? Many rental home management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
