I'm a MVC owner with two weeks available for an "Oceanside" villa from either (Saturday 7/27 to Saturday 8/3/24) or (Saturday 8/3/24 to Saturday 8/10/24).
This is a ocean side villa located right on the white sand beach of South Carolina’s Grandiose Strand in Myrtle Beach. “Ocean Side” view villas are located on the sides of either the Scallop or Conch buildings which are the two buildings closest to the beach.
This cavernous villa has 2 bedrooms/2 baths, separate living room and dining area, 3 tv sets, dvd player, entirely equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and private balcony. Queen couch bed in living area. Master bedroom suite with king bed. Two Queen beds in guest suite.
The Marriott Grand Vacation Club "OceanWatch at Grande Dunes" Resort offers many scheduled daily activities such as water aerobics and games. The oceanside pool offers complimentary lounge chairs. The 'woodsy' pool has a water slide, mini-splash park, treehouse, playground and shuffle board. There is also a hottub near the salt water pool. Other amenities include a exercise center, sauna, indoor pool, ping pong table, pool table and eateries. Check out the Marriott Vacation Club website for more photos and information about this resort.
NOTES: Photos shown are samples only and should not be considered actual vistas from the villa. Two parking spots per villa. Trailers and RV parking is NOT ACCEPTED.

Finding the best Myrtle Beach rental experience:
Getting the most from your rental budget:
- The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked very early. Reserving your rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Myrtle Beach. To get the best vacation home within budget, we highly recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions.
- Some hosts offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great information, travel guides contain coupons for nearby accommodations, tours and attractions.
How to pick the best vacation rental in Myrtle Beach:
- Select a group leader, choose your trip dates, and select a spending budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your family requires. Marriott Ocean Watch - 2 Bedroom Villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is normally accessible online. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the property owner before booking the vacation home. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull out couches in living rooms. You'll need to work out what configuration is right for your vacation group.
- If your group is vacationing with pets, you must book a pet-friendly rental. Ask for information on breed, size, and type restrictions. Some property owners charge pet deposits and fees.
- Does your family require special amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters with amenity lists. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find the perfect rental home.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. .
Know before you go:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Save the instructions to your smartphone, and take a printed copy.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, stereo or WIFI setup. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents many concerns.
- Keep your rental home locked while you are gone! Don't let thieves spoil your family vacation.
- To make certain damages aren't attributed to your stay, make note of any problem areas during check in. E-mail the rental manager immediately to relay any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be useful.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable visitors bothering your life at home. Use the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and places you would have never otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
- Re-check the property to make sure that you've packed everything at check-out. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did you have a great time? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
