Conveniently located close to all the activities Myrtle Beach has to offer, but you'll feel "away from it all" while calming poolside, on the handsome beach, or in your roomy 2 bedroom villa.

Villas feature a king bed in the master, 2 queen beds in the second bedroom, and a sleeper couch in the living room. Washer/dryer in-unit for your convenience. Make use of the entirely equipped kitchen should you choose to dine in.

• Keep the property locked while you're out! Don't let burglars spoil your trip.
• Make a record of any issues with the rental during check in, and immediately send them to the owner. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are beneficial if a dispute is filed.
• Be respectful. Often times, nearby homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations is the right thing to do.
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
