- Approximately 1800 square feet
Imagine yourself sitting OCEANFRONT, in the sun, calming to the sights and sounds of the surf.
Located in the Grandiose Atlantic Ocean Resort, this handsomely decorated 5th floor, 1800 sq. ft. condo has roomy bedrooms that can sleep up to 16 people. Weekly units run from Saturday to Saturday with check in at 3:00 pm and check out at 9:00 am.
The oceanfront master bedroom has a king size bed with private bathroom. Bedroom #2 is whimsically called the "Mermaid Room" and has (2) full size beds and a shared bath. Bedroom #3, the "Surf Room" has (2) queen size beds and utilizes the shared bath across the hall. The 4th bedroom is a cavernous lock-out unit that features (2) queen size beds, a private bath, a modest balcony with a side ocean view, a mini-refrigerator, and a microwave. The living room also has a queen size sleep couch. Additionally a "pack & play" is supplied for families traveling with an infant or young toddler.
All linens is included in the cleaning and linen fee as well as an ample supply of enormous fluffy bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Daily replenishment of towels and linens is not supplied.
There are towels supplied in the pool area, beach towels are not supplied. Please do not remove towels from the condo as they are the property of our cleaning company.
The new FULL SIZE washer/dryer (installed in April 2019) is there for your convenience should you need to launder anything during your stay. Please use HE (High Efficiency) detergent only and follow directions located on front of the dryer.
The kitchen features all new appliances, super peaceful dishwasher, granite counters, and all the amenities to prepare with ease, including a blender, crock pot, knife set, spices, and huge electric griddle/fry pan to prepare for a crowd! Coffee maker and also a Keurig to accommodate guest's preference.
The resort is right on the beach and has indoor and outdoor pools, kiddie pools, a lazy river, hot tub, exercise center, game room, convenience store and a sandwich shop on site. Many Myrtle Beach attractions are within walking distance. And of course, Myrtle Beach is known for its many striking golf courses, so savor a round or two while you're here!
Conveniently located to grocery stores (a new Walmart Village Market was just constructed blocks away), water parks, miniature golf, many eateries, movie theaters, theme parks, Coastal Grand Mall and Market Commons.
Contactless check in, go straight to the condo. Load in/out is a breeze with the 5th floor parking garage just steps away from our door. The parking garage has a car height limit of 6'8", any over-sized cars must park in the overflow lot 1/2 block down 21st Ave. There are (2) parking passes for the garage and (1) pass for the overflow lot. Note: the Grand Atlantic will not issue additional parking passes. If your group has more than 3 cars, I recommend parking at the Myrtle Beach Airport (long term parking), it's less than 2 miles away and rather economical.
Renter must be 25 years of age with photo ID required. No third event renters or group events allowed (NO graduation, spring break, bachelor, bridal showers, etc. allowed) No family pets allowed. Renters must abide by the Rules and Regulations established by the Grand Atlantic.
Periodically the owner may find it necessary to revise check in and check out times. Always verify times as per the informational letter sent with the condo key.
THIS is the place you want to be; because LIFE IS JUST BETTER AT THE BEACH!

Tricks and tips for getting the perfect vacation home experience:
Getting the best value:
- The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your rental home up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
- To get the best value, consider changing your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer great temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
- Some owners offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
- Property managers usually offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.
- Many management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides that include coupons, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a relationship between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Filter your search:
- Start by selecting your a vacation week and a maximum budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your group needs. MYRTLE BEACH DREAMING? MAKE IT A REALITY! has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is generally accessible online. If not, call the host before reserving the rental. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds and bunks. You'll need to establish which bed configuration is suitable for your family.
- Do your family pets travel with you? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your rental agreement! Extra fees or could be applied to your invoice.
- Looking for specific amenities? Most websites include search filters for amenities. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Remember to confirm all required amenities are available before booking
During your stay:
- Store the host's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, intercom or WIFI setup. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief call prevents lots of difficulties.
- Lock your rental while you are out. Protect your property!
- Upon check-in, document any damages to the property and immediately contact the host. Record all coorespondence.
- Respect the neighborhood. Often, adjacent homes are filled by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
- Did you have a fantastic stay? Many rental websites make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
