BRIGHT and COZY condo end unit, sleeps up to 4 guests, located in the golf course community of Myrtlewood at Magnolia Place!

This pretty two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is a short distance away from Broadway at the Beach and the famed Myrtle Beach Boulevard & Boardwalk. When you arrive to this third floor story condo, you will find a cavernous living area with an open concept and a plethora of natural light! The condo's
living room has one available sleep couch, an electric fire place T.V. stand with a flat-screened TV/DVD player, a full kitchen that features gorgeous all white appliances with matching white cabinets and countertops. The dining room is located in between the kitchen and living area. There is a private balcony with a partial view of the golf course! In the master bedroom, there is a comfortable king-size bed with an ample amount of space for your belongings, a private bathroom and a private door to step outside to the balcony. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds with a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is located right outside of the second bedroom. Living room and dining room has been freshly painted and new wood grain tiles floor. Magnolia Place has multiple outdoor pools with charcoal grilling areas for guests, nature trails and handsome landscaping. There is NO elevator on premises. The property is located between 38th and 48th Ave North in Myrtle Beach off Highway 17. This location puts you just mins. away from the best dining, shopping, entertainment, and beaches that the Grandiose Strand has to offer.

** Cleaning Fee includes: Departure service and fresh linens, clean towels, toiletries and amenities for all rooms. Towels are supplied for showers only.

The condo is rented out monthly for the month of November, December 2022 and January 2023 at $106.00 per nighttime, June 2023 at $125 per nighttime, via Vacation Rental By Owner.
Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
