Welcome to Myrtle Beach Resort! This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit is on the first floor, so it is painless accessible and no stairs are required. The resort is known for it's amenities, which include outdoor pools, indoor pools, hot tubs, a gym, basketball court, tennis courts, a shop, pizza parlor along with a great bar and grille restaurant. All amenities are listed below. Myrtle Beach Resort accepts guests direct access to the beach without having to leave the resort.
Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! The unit is ideal for a couple or modest family beach getaway.
Parking: BEGINNING JAN 1ST 2024, THERE IS $20 PER CAR FEE AT THE SECURITY GATE TO PARK IN THE RESORT. This fee is payable as the guest enters the gate on the first day of their stay by credit/debit card only. Painless access private parking lot with secured entry. Motorcycles are allowed, however, they must be parked in a certain parking lot on the premises. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, RVs or boats in the parking lot.
Entry: 1st floor - no stairs are required. Self check-in with keypad.
Kitchen: Entirely outfitted kitchen Includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans. Other amenities include coffee machine and cooking spices.
Family room: Patio access. Savor Roku TV.
Bedroom 1: Patio access and courtyard vistas from the bedroom! 1 Queen bed.
Bathroom 1: Attached - full bathtub and shower.

Beach: Walk a few mins. through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. The unit is not in a direct oceanfront building.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels included but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Coin operated machines in the building. Stairs required to access.
