Handsome single family home with ocean vistas even from the private driveway! All three bedrooms are decorated for your ideal beach getaway. Walking distance to many eateries, 2nd Street Pier, Family Kingdom, and of course - the ocean! If you feel like staying at home, relax on one of the three patios outside or on the most comfortable couch in the world while you appreciate cable, complimentary wifi, board games, or one of the many movies in stock!

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses.   • Go through the property one final time and scan for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition.
