The Space:
Welcome to this glamorous oceanview condo! The unit is in Sea Mark Tower, which is charmingly located in the northern section of Myrtle Beach - just a short walk to the beach and eateries. The unit is completely updated and very roomy, so bring the entire family to appreciate this handsome view!

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in.

Parking: Painless access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: From the parking lot, take an elevator to your unit and it will be self check-in with a keypad access code.

Kitchen: Recently updated counter/appliances/cabinets! Includes completely supplied kitchen with cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.

Family room: Generous family room area with oceanviews. Savor TV and the indoor fireplace!

Bedroom 1: Extensive bedroom with king bed. The room has ocean vistas and a private access to the balcony.

Bathroom 1: Recently updated stand up shower attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Cozy queen bed with attached bathroom.

Bathroom 2: Attached to bedroom 2 (also has hallway access).

Bedroom 3: Two single beds.

Balcony: Sensational, elegant, and unparalleled Oceanview. Incredible view for sunrises!

Pool: Complex has a shared pool and hot tub! The pool is open from April through October. The hot tub is open year-round.

Beach: Take a very short walk down to our striking beach.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.

A/C: Central HVAC system with simple to use control panel.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex pool and hot tub (during their operation period).

The complex is located in an extraordinary section of Myrtle Beach, which makes for a ideal, calming family vacation.

Getting Around:
Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the eateries, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, hot tubs, parking tons, grounds, etc.

Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

No family pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 6.

Routine Pest Control happens on the third Friday of every month starting at 8 am. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events entirely agree to those terms.
