Other things to note:

Guests have access to all of the standard water amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs that are located next to and behind the oceanfront building). The mini waterpark between the building and Ocean Blvd. and fun zone pool area are owned and operated by on-site hotel management, and their guests pay an additional resort fee for exclusive access. As our guest, you are unable to access these areas; however, with the money you save, you can take the family to a real waterpark. We recommend Myrtle Waves or Wild Water Wheels.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.

You will also be given the choice between paying a returnable deposit with a modest processing fee or buying a non-returnable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

How to get the best vacation home experience:

Money saving strategies:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of SC. Reserve your Myrtle Beach rental property in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. Reserving your vacation rental six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
  • Owners sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Many rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides which often include coupons, either offered directly by local companies, or through a relationship between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

Use filters to search efficiently:

  • Start by selecting your the best vacation week and a max budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Oceanfront! 3 Bedrooms w\/ Pools & Lazy River! has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Specific information about bedrooms and bed types is usually available on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, email the property management company before you reserve your home. Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull out couches in living rooms. You'll need to establish what bed configuration is suitable for your trip.
  • Visiting for a specific attraction or event? Try a map search to browse nearby rentals.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking
  • Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional fees or charges applied to your agreement.

Tips for your stay:

  • Get the host's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental home.
  • To make sure damages aren't linked to your stay, make a record of any problem areas during arrival. E-mail the property manager immediately to document your findings. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be valuable.
  • Hosts are there to help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Respect your neighbors. Often times, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Lock your rental home while you're away. Protect your property!
  • Double-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at departure. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a wonderful stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
