Other things to note:
Guests have access to all of the standard water amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs that are located next to and behind the oceanfront building). The mini waterpark between the building and Ocean Blvd. and fun zone pool area are owned and operated by on-site hotel management, and their guests pay an additional resort fee for exclusive access. As our guest, you are unable to access these areas; however, with the money you save, you can take the family to a real waterpark. We recommend Myrtle Waves or Wild Water Wheels.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ The heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and broad process of cleaning after each check-out.
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.
You will also be given the choice between paying a returnable deposit with a modest processing fee or buying a non-returnable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Tricks and tips to get the best Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:
Getting the best value:
- Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal SC. To get the best value, try shifting your family's Myrtle Beach vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warm temperatures, , and greatly reduced traffic.
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental property six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
- Property management companies sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
- Property managers usually offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.
- Many property management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guide magazines which often include money-saving offers, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a partnership between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Planning, picking, and booking the rightrental home:
- Start by having your family choose date ranges and a maximum budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Oceanfront! Snowbirds! 3 Bedrooms w\/ Indoor Pool! has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach vacation rental search.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is almost always available online. If you don't see them listed, email the property owner before booking the property. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches.
- If there's a specific Myrtle Beach beach you long to visit, keep an eye out for homes that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
- Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. .
- Some rentals allow pets, and some don't. Acceptable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask the host about pet restrictions before booking.
More considerations for your visit:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before leaving home. Save the instructions to your phone, and take a printed copy.
- To ensure that damages are not linked to your family's visit, make a record of any problem areas when you arrive. Get in touch with the property manager immediately to report any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be helpful.
- Hosts are there to help! Feel free to ask questions during your stay.
- Be a good neighbor. Frequently, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Lock your rental home while you're away. Keep your property safe!
- Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed everything at departure. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on good reviews to compel new bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your review find their best rental home. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
