Other things to note:
Guests have access to all of the standard water amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs that are located next to and behind the oceanfront building). The mini waterpark between the building and Ocean Blvd. and fun zone pool area are owned and operated by on-site hotel management, and their guests pay an additional resort fee for exclusive access. As our guest, you are unable to access these areas; however, with the money you save, you can take the family to a real waterpark. We recommend Myrtle Waves or Wild Water Wheels.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ The heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and broad process of cleaning after each check-out.
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.
You will also be given the choice between paying a returnable deposit with a modest processing fee or buying a non-returnable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Booking the best Myrtle Beach vacation property experience:
When to visit & When to book:
- Summer months are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Booking in Fall or Spring is an excellent way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
- Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
- Property managers usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach area magazine when you check-in. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local information, travel guide magazines have money saving offers on nearby accommodations, restaurants and tours.
Finding the perfect vacation home in the Myrtle Beach area:
- Choose dates and budget.
- Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your family needs. Oceanfront! Snowbirds! 3 Bedrooms w\/ Indoor Pool! has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is normally accessible online. If they are not listed, email the property owner before you reserve the vacation home. Note that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches. You'll need to determine which bed configuration is right for your vacation.
- If there's a particular Myrtle Beach destination you long to visit, keep an eye out for homes that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are included before reserving a rental.
- Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional fees or costs could be applied to your contract.
During your stay:
- Put the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- During check-in, document any issues with the rental property and immediately alert the owner. Keep records of all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful vacationers disrupting your peaceful home. Use the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would have never otherwise known!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
- Ensure you protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are gone, just like you would back home.
- When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
- Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent ratings to stimulate more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will appreciate that you share your experience find their best vacation rental. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
