How to book the best rental experience:

Sticking to a rental home budget:

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Myrtle Beach. To find the largest rental within your budget, we suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local information, visitor guide magazines contain offers and deals for local accommodations, tours and attractions.

Planning and picking the right Myrtle Beach vacation home:

  • Start by having your group decide on vacation dates and a maximum budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Ocean View- Beach Condo Sleeps-6 steps to the beach has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
  • Precise details about bedrooms and bed types is often available on booking pages. If not, email the host before you book your home. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds.
  • If your group is bringing pets, you must reserve a pet-friendly rental. Get details on breed, size, and type requirements. Some property owners charge additional pet fees.
  • If there's a particular Myrtle Beach attraction you simply love, browse properties that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. .

Tips to have a terrific stay:

  • Add the property manager's phone number to your phone. Understand and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
  • Hosts are there to help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Keep your rental home locked while you're away! Don't let thieves ruin your trip.
  • To make sure that damages are not linked to your stay, inspect the property for any problem areas during check in. Contact the host right away to relay any damages. If there is a dispute, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be helpful.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious vacationers disrupting your peaceful neighborhood. Use the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would've never otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Double-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a fantastic time? Most rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
