Summary:
This attractively refreshed oceanview condo is located along the Golden Mile Section of Myrtle Beach. There is dedicated beach access for only the guests of this complex. You will savor being in a peaceful area while still mins. away from all the shopping, eateries, attractions and golf courses that the Grandiose Strand has to offer. This is the ideal spot for a family or couple hideaway!

The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas!


Parking: Simple access private parking lot monitored by security. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: **No Elevator** Must walk up about 20 steps to get to unit on 2nd floor. Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Recently updated floors/appliances/slow-close cabinets! Includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.

Family room: Appreciate streaming & cable TV on the enormous flat screen. Access to Oceanview balcony via sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 1: Balcony access along with ocean vistas from the bedroom window! 1 queen bed.

Bathroom 1: Freshly updated! Must-see stand up shower!

Bedroom 2: One full bed + one twin bed. Netflix only in this room - sign into your account and appreciate!

Bathroom 2: Located in hallway between the bedrooms. Full shower/tub.

Balcony: Sensational Oceanview. Incredible view for sunrises!

Pool/hot tubs: There are 2 pools, 1 kids pool, and 2 hot tubs in the complex. The two hot tubs are located next to buildings C and E. The pools will be closed for the season between November 15th and March 15th. One of the hot tubs will remain open year round.

Beach: Walk across the street and use one of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less busy than the huge resort areas. Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Coin operated machines in the complex. $2 per wash and $2 per dry, recommend bringing quarters if you plan to do laundry. Located on the 2nd floor.

Other Conveniences: Grilling area for guests. Stationary workout equipment along sidewalk in front of condo.

But the real gem of this apartment is the handsome deck, with its beautiful ocean vistas that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the Ocean Forest Villas complex (pools/hot tubs/grilling).

Painless access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events entirely agree to those terms.

Routine Pest Control happens on the second Thursday of every month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.
