Bright and cheerful beach decor in a newly modernized condo on the 11th floor of Maisons-Sur-Mer. Brand new furnishings, and in fact brand new everything down to the last stud in the wall!
Make lasting memories while you take in gorgeous vistas of the surrounding area from the broad decking, including a golf course and pretty sunsets. Take in live music at Flip Flops, a close by beach bar. And your building is just a hop & skip to the beach!
You'll appreciate lower prices than some of the other units at Maisons-Sur-Mer, as this unit is not on the ocean-view side of the building.
The building has an outdoor grilling area, tennis courts, and a dining room downstairs. There is a kids' game room with a pool table and video game machines.
The building is very secure, featuring keypad entry to the condo and 24/7 security staff at the front desk.
There are three beds as follows: a king bed in the 1st bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a couch bed in the living room. We provide towels and bed linens freshly laundered before your stay.
Be one of the lucky visitors to experience this elegant property. We look forward to hearing from you!

How to book the best Myrtle Beach rental home experience:
Sticking to a budget:
- Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are high season in Myrtle Beach. Book your Myrtle Beach rental home in Spring or Fall to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a discount.
- Booking websites often offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
- Many rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guide magazines which will include money-saving offers, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Finding the best vacation rental in Myrtle Beach:
- Select dates and maximum budget.
- Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. Newly renovated condo- Shore Drive building right on the beach has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is almost always available on booking pages. If not, reach out to the property management company before booking the vacation property. Note that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- Some rentals allow pets, but some do not. Allowable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask the property management company about pet restrictions before booking.
- Does your family require specific amenities? Most rental websites include search filters for amenities.
- Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking.
Have a great stay:
- Add the owner's contact information to your smartphone. Print and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, intercom or WIFI setup. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents quite a few issues.
- Lock your vacation home while you are out. Protect the owner's property and your things!
- Note any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately send them to the host. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are useful if a dispute arises.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud vacationers bothering your peace. Practice the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and places you would have never otherwise known about!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to make sure you've collected everything. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
- Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on good ratings to propel new reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to solve it.
