7th floor, Relaxing & comfortable place, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds, modest kitchenette equipped with all basics, AC, flat screen TVs in bedroom and living room.
Sheets and linens included.

*Family Animals are not allowed.
*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are supplied for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities.
• Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Property managers usually offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection.
