1st floor (ground). Cozy and comfortable condo, walking distance to the beach, can accommodate up to 6 guests (recommended for 4 adults and 2 kids). Located close to ocean blvd. and all main attractions.
PET OWNERS: Only entirely trained family family pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. only 2 pets up to 50lbs are allowed .

The Space:
1st floor (ground), comfortable & cozy place, 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, kitchen completely equipped with all basics (no condiments) , AC, flat screen TVs in bedroom and living room. 2 double beds and 1 pullout couch. Sheets and linens supplied.
Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Animals are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are supplied for showers only.

Close to the beach and Ocean blvd. Only few mins. away from all main attractions, many attractions are in walking distance, eateries, mini golf and beachwear stores.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Family Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper included, guests should bring their own extras.
*No mailbox for this location.
*Bed sheets are supplied (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)

Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
• Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
