Summary:
1st floor (ground). Cozy and comfortable condo, walking distance to the beach, can accommodate up to 6 guests (recommended for 4 adults and 2 kids). Located close to ocean blvd. and all main attractions.
PET OWNERS: Only completely trained family family pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. only 2 pets up to 50lbs are allowed .

The Space:
1st floor (ground), cozy & comfortable place, 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, kitchen entirely equipped with all basics (no condiments) , AC, flat screen TVs in bedroom and living room. 2 double beds and 1 pullout couch. Sheets and linens supplied.
Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Animals are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are included for showers only.

Close to the beach and Ocean blvd. Only few mins. away from all main attractions, many attractions are in walking distance, eateries, mini golf and beachwear stores.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Family Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.
*No mailbox for this location.

  • The earlier you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your vacation rental up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
  • To get the best value, consider shifting your family's Myrtle Beach trip dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent temperatures, , and reduced traffic.

  • Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Record any issues with the rental at check in, and immediately send them to the property manager. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are very helpful if a dispute is filed.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious vacationers disrupting your peaceful home life. Use the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and scenic spots you would've never otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently help. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a fantastic stay? Many rental managers make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your property and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
