In the distance, you can even see the Ferris Wheel at Broadway on the Beach, the Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, and the Marina at Grand Dunes. Evenings on the dance-floor sized balcony are spectacular with the sound of the ocean, the live music from Flip Flops, a traditional MBSC Beach Bar located across Shore Drive (don't worry...it ends at 10:00), and the popping light display of fireworks on the beach (from 9:00 to 11:00 only). You will really feel the contentment of being located in a cozy, ocean-front village! But at the same time, you're a fast 5 min. drive to HWY 17 and all of the eateries and attractions that make MBSC a fashionable destination.

Getting the best Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:
How to get the best rental value:
- Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Summertime is high season in Myrtle Beach. Booking in the Spring or Fall is a great way to save on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- Some hosts offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
- Property managers often offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.
- Many management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guide magazines which include special offers, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Advice for a fantastic stay:

- Property managers are great sources of help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
- Lock your vacation home while you are out and about. Protect your property!
- At Check-in, document any issues with the property and immediately contact the host. Keep records of all coorespondence.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome vacationers bothering your quiet neighborhood. Employ the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would have never otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on great ratings to stimulate more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will be thankful you shared your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
