This blissful balcony provides a seating area for two to cherish time together. Greet the striking sunrise here as you sip your cup of coffee. Your biggest challenge of the day will be leaving this zen-full zone — but you’re only moments to sinking your toes in the sand.
From the granite countertops to the mammoth refrigerator, you’ll find this kitchen well-appointed for your cooking needs. All of the available silverware and appliances make flipping and frying easier for a homemade meal. The countertop serves a setting for a pair to accompany the chef.
The lucky couple in the master suite will be treated to a double dose of ocean vistas. You’ll have direct access to the balcony and an en-suite bathroom. Fall asleep on this cozy queen bed with starry skies peeking through at nighttime and wake up to warm citrusy tones in the morning.

Rental booking tips:
When to visit Myrtle Beach & When to reserve a rental home:
- Booking your Myrtle Beach vacation home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
- Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Property managers usually offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach area magazine when you check-in. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, travel guides contain money saving offers on local attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.
Finding the perfect vacation rental in Myrtle Beach:
- Choose vacation dates and spending budget.
- Determine how many beds and the configuration your family requires. T1601 at The Myrtle Beach Resort: Awesome Ocean Front Condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is often accessible online. Otherwise, reach out to the property manager before reserving the rental. Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to work out what is right for your family.
- If there's a particular Myrtle Beach attraction you are crazy about, look for properties that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your desires.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
- Some properties allow pets, but others do not. Allowable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask your host about pets before booking.
During your stay:
- Be sure you get the property manager's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental.
- Record any issues with the rental at check in, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are helpful if a dispute is filed.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, intercom or kitchen appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents many concerns.
- Respect the neighborhood. Often, nearby homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
- Keep the property locked while you are out! Don't let burglars ruin your vacation.
- Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Inspect the rental a final time and scan for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
- Did your family have a wonderful time? Most rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
