Showcasing oceanfront vistas, this cordial condo bestows a striking perspective that’s hard to beat! This home away from home welcomes you with an open layout that gives you an oceanic outlook from the completely equipped kitchen and dining room. Unwind on the shores just steps away by day and recharge in comfortable bedrooms by nighttime here at Myrtle Beach Resort.

This blissful balcony provides a seating area for two to cherish time together. Greet the gorgeous sunrise here as you sip your cup of coffee. Your biggest challenge of the day will be leaving this zen-full zone — but you’re only moments to sinking your toes in the sand.

From the granite countertops to the mammoth refrigerator, you’ll find this kitchen well-appointed for your cooking needs. All of the available silverware and appliances make flipping and frying easier for a homemade meal. The countertop serves a setting for a pair to accompany the chef.

The lucky couple in the master suite will be treated to a double dose of ocean vistas. You’ll have direct access to the balcony and an en-suite bathroom. Fall asleep on this cozy queen bed with starry skies peeking through at nighttime and wake up to warm citrusy tones in the morning.

When you’re bushed from the beach, park yourself on the cushy couches for a calming home theatre experience. Sleepy kiddos can getaway to the twin beds, and two more can stay on the couch sleeper. The full guest bathroom accommodates them with a full tub and shower.

Steeped in amenities, this gated community offers everything from indoor/outdoor pools to on-site dining options for a ideal seascape. You’re secluded from the city hordes yet still close to downtown’s best attractions — Broadway at the Beach and the Boardwalk. If you’d like to play mini golf or pro golf, you’re in no shortage of those close by!

Front entrance must be used for entry/exit into the building.

Strategies for getting the perfect Myrtle Beach rental home experience:

When to visit Myrtle Beach & When to reserve a Myrtle Beach rental home:

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer time is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Reserving a rental home in the Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties.
  • Hosts sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group.
  • Property management companies typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.
  • Look for your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitor guides contain deals for nearby accommodations and attractions.

How to choose and book a perfectrental:

  • Start by selecting a vacation week and a budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. T1601 at The Myrtle Beach Resort: Awesome Ocean Front Condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts is regularly accessible online. If they are not listed, call the property manager before you book the rental. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull out couches in living rooms.
  • Remember to include your furry companions! Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Pet fees or charges might be applied to your invoice.
  • Is your group looking for unique amenities? Most rental websites include amenity lists and search filters.
  • Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. .

Considerations for your stay:

  • Add the property manager's phone number to your smartphone. Take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, A/V setup or appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents lots of concerns.
  • Lock your rental while you are out. Protect your property!
  • To make certain damages aren't attributed to your visit, inspect the property for any problem areas upon your arrival. Call the rental manager right away to document any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be helpful.
  • Be respectful. Often, surrounding homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Double-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on good ratings to propel more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
