Sadly, your furry friends won't be allowed in this condo as the complex doesn't allow family pets. This is a non smoking condo. There are 2 designated smoking sections on the resort for smoking. No events.

Guest Access:
Upon the morning of your arrival, you will receive the condo unit number and door access code! The condo unit and balcony are entirely yours to relax and enjoy! Also, you will have unrestricted access to all of the many onsite resort amenities!

Inside the condo you will find a parking pass which must be hung from the rear view mirror of your car at all times while parked on property to prove you are a guest!

You will also find a WHITE ACCESS card which MUST be used for the parking garage entrance, indoor pool area, and the main tower after 11pm. A lost or damaged access card will result in a $50 fee against your deposit.

Secured parking garage available for both motorbikes and golf carts, and of course cars, trucks, and SUV's. Unfortunately, trailers are NOT allowed but I have recommendations for trailer storage!

Wristbands will be supplied and waiting for you in the condo! (one for each registered guest). These wristbands must be worn in all the pool areas at all times to prove you are our guest!

More than 4 wristbands will not be supplied per reservation.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is in an elegant location close to all Myrtle Beach has to offer! 5 mins. from the airport is a giant plus as well!

Getting Around:
The best way to get around the Myrtle Beach area is with Uber & Lyft. Quick and economical transportation that will get you from point A to point B. Public transportation, Car Units, and Golf cart units are available as well throughout the city!

1)I DO NOT charge credit card costs. The Payment system charges hosts 3% every booking. Most hosts forward that cost to their guests, I do not and pay that charge myself

2) I DO NOT charge any ridiculous admin or booking costs like most on these sites, I prefer to be upfront and honest about my costs prior to clicking BOOK NOW!

3) The cleaning costs are standard rate across Myrtle Beach. The maids need to be paid somehow so the cleaning fee is well worth their time and energy making the space ideal for the next guest!

The fact is, nobody wants to book a unit and get swamped with 10 different costs, so I do everything I can to avoid that situation for my guests!
