The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 3rd floor, completely refreshed, ocean view condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This ocean view 1 bedroom apartment is completely furnished with 1 king bed, 1 full size murphy bed, 1 queen sleeper couch, and will comfortably accommodate 6 guests. This unique layout offers upsized living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! Our guests appreciate having their own private balcony where they can relax and savor both the vistas of the ocean as well as the pools.
As of Winter 2022, this condo features some impressive updates! Guests will savor a 6ft, LED electric fireplace that has been constructed-in to a newly constructed, shiplap wall. A new Intelligent TV has been installed in the living room as well. Other updates include a brand new queen-sized sleeper couch, accent chair, area rug, decorative pillows, dining table and chairs, dresser, mirror, and new bed for the murphy bed (wall bed). In the bedroom, guests will enjoy a freshly updated king-size bed, nighttime stands, dresser, lamps, area rug, and more. The entire condo has been freshly painted!
Upon entering, guests will enter through a modest hallway. The kitchen area is full size and features a full size stove and oven, upsized cabinet space, a microwave, granite countertops, full size refrigerator, and everything you need to prepare your meals! We provide all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers multiple food delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash.
Just behind the kitchen you will find the bathroom. This bathroom was newly updated as of Fall 2023! The tub was removed and a brand new walk in shower was put in its place! A new drop ceiling was installed as well as new towel bars. The bathroom is split into 2 areas with the toilet, vanity, and new walk in shower in one area, and another sink and vanity in the other. The vanity features a solid surface counter, mirror, and sink.
The bedroom sits off to the left of the kitchen and features 1 king sized bed, handsome decor, closet for storage, TV with digital cable, dresser, AC unit, and commercial blackout curtains. The king bed will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests.
Making your way into the living room, guests will be blown away by the ocean vistas. The living room is the most trendy area of the apartment, and features a full size murphy bed (wall bed), queen-size sleeper couch, accent chair, AC unit, blackout curtains, Intelligent TV (with digital cable), and a new dining table with chairs. The LED fireplace really makes this apartment feel like a second home, and not your average hotel room! The entire condo has been charmingly decorated, newly painted, and our guests enjoy the unique updates! Guests will also access the private balcony from this area. The accents and decor in the condo are modern and beachy, and you will feel right at home!
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Additionally, we have newly lowered our cleaning fee! The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
Located at the Landmark Resort, this condo is in close proximity to Myrtle Beach's most adored attractions, including Family Kingdom (.8 mi), The Boardwalk & Promenade (1 mi), Broadway at the Beach (4 mi) and only 2 miles from the Airport! The Landmark is known for its many pool luxury options and beachfront access!

How to find the best Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
Sticking to a rental home budget:
- Summer is high season in Myrtle Beach. To get the best value, change your trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer great temperatures, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic.
- Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
- Booking websites often offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitor guides contain discounts for nearby accommodations, tours and attractions.
Make a plan and pick the perfect Myrtle Beach rental:
- Begin by selecting your trip dates and a spending budget.
- Decide how many beds and the configuration your group requires. Oceanview 1 Bedroom Suite! Landmark Resort 348! Perfect for 6 guests! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is usually available on booking websites. If not, contact the property owner before booking the vacation home. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds in living rooms.
- Visiting for a specific attraction? If so, use a map search to browse nearby rentals.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
- Some rentals allow pets, but some do not. Allowable types of family pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask the owner about allowable pet guidelines before booking.
Additional considerations:
- Add the owner's contact information to your smartphone. Print and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- To ensure that damages aren't linked to your family's stay, make note of any problem areas when you arrive. Contact the property manager immediately to record your findings. If there is a dispute, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, stereo or thermostat. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent lots of concerns.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are a great resource to find the best local beaches.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically help. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Lock your rental home while you are away. Keep your property safe!
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected everything. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Did your group have a terrific stay? Many rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
