This ocean view 1 bedroom apartment is completely furnished with 1 king bed, 1 full size murphy bed, 1 queen sleeper couch, and will comfortably accommodate 6 guests. This unique layout offers upsized living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! Our guests savor having their own private balcony where they can relax and appreciate both the vistas of the ocean as well as the pools.
As of Winter 2022, this condo features some elegant updates! Guests will savor a 6ft, LED electric fireplace that has been constructed-in to a newly constructed, shiplap wall. A new Intelligent TV has been installed in the living room as well. Other updates include a brand new queen-sized sleeper couch, accent chair, area rug, decorative pillows, dining table and chairs, dresser, mirror, and new bed for the murphy bed (wall bed). In the bedroom, guests will enjoy a newly updated king-size bed, nighttime stands, dresser, lamps, area rug, and more. The entire condo has been freshly painted!
Upon entering, guests will enter through a modest hallway. The kitchen area is full size and features a full size stove and oven, upsized cabinet space, a microwave, granite countertops, full size refrigerator, and everything you need to prepare your meals! We provide all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers multiple food delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash.
Just behind the kitchen you will find the bathroom. This bathroom was newly remodeled as of Fall 2023! The tub was removed and a brand new walk in shower was put in its place! A new drop ceiling was installed as well as new towel bars. The bathroom is split into 2 areas with the toilet, vanity, and new walk in shower in one area, and another sink and vanity in the other. The vanity features a solid surface counter, mirror, and sink.
The bedroom sits off to the left of the kitchen and features 1 king sized bed, gorgeous decor, closet for storage, TV with digital cable, dresser, AC unit, and commercial blackout curtains. The king bed will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests.
Making your way into the living room, guests will be blown away by the ocean vistas. The living room is the most fashionable area of the apartment, and features a full size murphy bed (wall bed), queen-size sleeper couch, accent chair, AC unit, blackout curtains, Intelligent TV (with digital cable), and a new dining table with chairs. The LED fireplace really makes this apartment feel like a second home, and not your average hotel room! The entire condo has been charmingly decorated, freshly painted, and our guests enjoy the unique updates! Guests will also access the private balcony from this area. The accents and decor in the condo are modern and beachy, and you will feel right at home!
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Additionally, we have newly lowered our cleaning fee! The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

How to find the best Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
When to visit Myrtle Beach & When to book:
- Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Summer time is high season in Myrtle Beach. To get the largest vacation home within budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
- Booking websites often offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
- Many management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guide magazines which include coupons, either offered independently by local companies, or through a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Planning, picking, and booking a perfectrental home:
- Select dates and budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the configuration your group needs. Oceanview 1 Bedroom Suite! Landmark Resort 348! Perfect for 6 guests! has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise details about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is regularly accessible on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, email the property manager before you book the property. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull out couches in living rooms. You will need to work out what is best for your family.
- Traveling with pets? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your agreement! Pet fees or costs applied to your contract.
- If there's an individual Myrtle Beach attraction you long to visit, search for properties that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your needs.
- Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Make certain to ask about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
More considerations for your visit:
- Be sure you get the property manager's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, television set or appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent a lot of problems.
- Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are out, just like you would at home.
- Note any damages to the rental during check in, and immediately contact the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be very helpful if there is a dispute.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a great resource to find the best local beaches and hangouts.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all belongings. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Leave feedback! Property managers rely on great feedback to stimulate new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
