The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 3rd floor, completely refreshed, ocean view condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This ocean view 1 bedroom apartment is completely furnished with 1 king bed, 1 full size murphy bed, 1 queen sleeper couch, and will comfortably accommodate 6 guests. This unique layout offers upsized living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! Our guests appreciate having their own private balcony where they can relax and savor both the vistas of the ocean as well as the pools.
As of Winter 2022, this condo features some handsome updates! Guests will savor a 6ft, LED electric fireplace that has been constructed-in to a freshly constructed, shiplap wall. A new Intelligent TV has been installed in the living room as well. Other updates include a brand new queen-sized sleeper couch, accent chair, area rug, decorative pillows, dining table and chairs, dresser, mirror, and new bed for the murphy bed (wall bed). In the bedroom, guests will enjoy a freshly updated king-size bed, nighttime stands, dresser, lamps, area rug, and more. The entire condo has been newly painted!
Upon entering, guests will enter through a modest hallway. The kitchen area is full size and features a full size stove and oven, upsized cabinet space, a microwave, granite countertops, full size refrigerator, and everything you need to prepare your meals! We provide all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers numerous food delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash.
Just behind the kitchen you will find the bathroom. This bathroom was newly remodeled as of Fall 2023! The tub was removed and a brand new walk in shower was put in its place! A new drop ceiling was installed as well as new towel bars. The bathroom is split into 2 areas with the toilet, vanity, and new walk in shower in one area, and another sink and vanity in the other. The vanity features a solid surface counter, mirror, and sink.
The bedroom sits off to the left of the kitchen and features 1 king sized bed, beautiful decor, closet for storage, TV with digital cable, dresser, AC unit, and commercial blackout curtains. The king bed will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests.
Making your way into the living room, guests will be blown away by the ocean vistas. The living room is the most trendy area of the apartment, and features a full size murphy bed (wall bed), queen-size sleeper couch, accent chair, AC unit, blackout curtains, Intelligent TV (with digital cable), and a new dining table with chairs. The LED fireplace really makes this apartment feel like a second home, and not your average hotel room! The entire condo has been delightfully decorated, newly painted, and our guests enjoy the unique updates! Guests will also access the private balcony from this area. The accents and decor in the condo are modern and beachy, and you will feel right at home!
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Additionally, we have newly lowered our cleaning fee! The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

Booking the best vacation home experience:
When to reserve a Myrtle Beach rental & When to go:
- The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental home six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
- June, July, and August are high season in Myrtle Beach. Book your Myrtle Beach rental in the Spring or Fall to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
- Hosts sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
- Property managers usually offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.
- Look for your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitors guides contain coupons for local shops and restaurants.
Planning, picking, and booking the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation home:
- Start by selecting your potential vacation weeks and a max budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Oceanview 1 Bedroom Suite! Landmark Resort 348! Perfect for 6 guests! has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is usually accessible online. If they are not listed, email or call the property owner before reserving the rental. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to determine what is optimal for your trip.
- Some properties allow pets, but some do not. Allowable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask the property manager about allowable pet guidelines before booking.
- Visiting for a single event? Use a map search to browse nearby rentals.
- Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all required amenities are available before reserving a rental.
Advice for your stay:
- Be sure you get the owner's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental property. Put the host's information in your smartphone.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Lock your rental while you're away. Protect your property!
- To make certain damages aren't linked to your family's visit, make a record of any problem areas upon your arrival. Speak to the rental manager immediately to relay any damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be useful.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are often a fantastic source for finding the best local scenic spots.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on great reviews to inspire more bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
