The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 3rd floor, completely refreshed, ocean view condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This ocean view 1 bedroom apartment is entirely furnished with 1 king bed, 1 full size murphy bed, 1 queen sleeper couch, and will comfortably accommodate 6 guests. This unique layout offers upsized living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! Our guests appreciate having their own private balcony where they can relax and savor both the vistas of the ocean as well as the pools.
As of Winter 2022, this condo features some handsome updates! Guests will savor a 6ft, LED electric fireplace that has been constructed-in to a freshly constructed, shiplap wall. A new Intelligent TV has been installed in the living room as well. Other updates include a brand new queen-sized sleeper couch, accent chair, area rug, decorative pillows, dining table and chairs, dresser, mirror, and new bed for the murphy bed (wall bed). In the bedroom, guests will enjoy a newly updated king-size bed, nighttime stands, dresser, lamps, area rug, and more. The entire condo has been freshly painted!
Upon entering, guests will enter through a modest hallway. The kitchen area is full size and features a full size stove and oven, upsized cabinet space, a microwave, granite countertops, full size refrigerator, and everything you need to prepare your meals! We provide all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers numerous food delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash.
Just behind the kitchen you will find the bathroom. This bathroom was newly modernized as of Fall 2023! The tub was removed and a brand new walk in shower was put in its place! A new drop ceiling was installed as well as new towel bars. The bathroom is split into 2 areas with the toilet, vanity, and new walk in shower in one area, and another sink and vanity in the other. The vanity features a solid surface counter, mirror, and sink.
The bedroom sits off to the left of the kitchen and features 1 king sized bed, pretty decor, closet for storage, TV with digital cable, dresser, AC unit, and commercial blackout curtains. The king bed will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests.
Making your way into the living room, guests will be blown away by the ocean vistas. The living room is the most fashionable area of the apartment, and features a full size murphy bed (wall bed), queen-size sleeper couch, accent chair, AC unit, blackout curtains, Intelligent TV (with digital cable), and a new dining table with chairs. The LED fireplace really makes this apartment feel like a second home, and not your average hotel room! The entire condo has been gorgeously decorated, newly painted, and our guests enjoy the unique updates! Guests will also access the private balcony from this area. The accents and decor in the condo are modern and beachy, and you will feel right at home!
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Additionally, we have newly lowered our cleaning fee! The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

How to book the best Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
Finding the best rental value:
- Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Booking a rental in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a discount.
- Booking websites usually offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
- Often, rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides that include coupons, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
How to select the best vacation home:
- Begin by choosing the best vacation week and a spending budget.
- Decide how many beds and the bed configuration your family needs. Oceanview 1 Bedroom Suite! Landmark Resort 348! Perfect for 6 guests! has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is normally available on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, call the property manager before you reserve your rental. Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds and bunks. You'll need to establish what configuration is suitable for your group.
- Some rentals allow pets, but some don't. Acceptable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask the host about your furry family members before booking.
- Is your family looking for unique amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters for amenities.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Remember to confirm all required amenities are available and included before reserving a rental
Some things to know before you go:
- Get the host's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental property.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, elevator or appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents lots of problems.
- Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are out, just like you would at home.
- Upon arrival, make note of any damages to the property and immediately alert the owner. Keep records of all coorespondence.
- Respect the neighborhood. Frequently, nearby homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules is the right thing to do.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
- At departure, take a walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
- Did your group have a wonderful time? Many rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
