Would you like a vacation home where you can look over a lake from your hot tub, see the stars from your bed at nighttime and appreciate the beach? How about some fishing from right below your balcony? Miniature golf, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, the Sandy Harbor family fun center, cafe, and convenience store in walking distance? Here's a unique vacation home in the trendy Ocean Lakes destination. This two bedroom, two bath home has it all, hot tub, skylights, superb decorating and furnishings, parking space, all on a serene lakefront setting just mins. from the beach and all the amenities Ocean Lakes has to offer PLUS access to your own golf cart.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and TV, from there you can see the stars through a "greenhouse" skylight. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. There is a daybed with a trundle bed below and a TV off the living room. The refreshed kitchen has granite countertops, a smooth top range, and refrigerator with ice dispenser in the door. There is a full complement of cookware, silverware, dishes, glasses, and tableware. There are a dining table and breakfast bar. The living room is attractively furnished and decorated, it looks out onto Lake Emily. Four sliding glass doors let the sunshine and serenity in. The balcony outside has a table for six and just below is the hot tub, for you and your family to relax and savor the lake view. Lake Emily is outfitted, so enjoy some fishing or just feed the ducks from the rope swing chairs shaded by the balcony.

Ocean Lakes is a complete vacation destination. The Sandy Harbor family fun center has the "Splash Zone" water park and game center that kids always appreciate. The Nature Center can provide learning during vacation. There are numerous playgrounds near the beach, an Olympic size outdoor swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool for year round enjoyment, a convenience store, Sandy's Meet and Eat restaurant, the Sandy Harbor cafe, and the "snack shack" to grab a bite.
Ocean Lakes charges $12 per car per day for admission and parking per car if pass is purchased 10 days in advance, $15 per day if not. This must be paid directly to Ocean Lakes and is not included in our cost quote. Guests must agree to follow the Ocean Lakes golf cart rules listed in the iTrip tenant agreement (signed during booking), pay a $300 returnable golf cart deposit, and if a violation occurs there will be a $1,500 fine assessed.
Ocean Lakes is ideal for a family vacation, away from the traffic and hordes, but still, a short drive to the wide variety of attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment the Grandiose Strand has to offer. Luxury shopping and dining are a few mins. north in the Market Commons area. Just a short drive north is all the attractions and shopping of Myrtle Beach, Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand shopping center, the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, and one of the world's biggest Ferris wheels.
