As of April 2024, this condo has had some gorgeous remodel work done! We could not be more excited to share. For starters, in the bedroom the 2 full size beds were replaced with a new king size bed! Tropical wallpaper was added in the bedroom as well giving it a coastal feel! All new artwork and decor was added throughout. In the bathroom, new mirrors were installed. Lastly new lighting was installed throughout. You are going to appreciate it!
Upon arrival, guests will enter through the bedroom area. The bedroom offers a new king size bed, nightstand, dresser, TV, impressive tropical wallpaper accent wall, closet for storage, and a sink with vanity and mirror also featuring the tropical wallpaper.
The kitchen is located in between the bedroom and living room. As of Winter 2022, new countertops, cabinets, and tile back splash has been installed. Food delivery services such as Uber Eats and DoorDash have become very trendy options for our guests as well.
The living room sits in the front of the condo and offers countless, expansive oceanfront vistas. This is by far the most fashionable space in the entire condo! The living room features a full-size sleeper couch that will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests. Getting the best Myrtle Beach vacation property experience:
How to get the best rental home value:
- June, July, and August are high season in Myrtle Beach. To book the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
- The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Booking your rental property six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
- Look for your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitor guide magazines have money saving offers on local shops and restaurants.
Choosing the perfect rental home in Myrtle Beach:
- First and foremost, have your group agree to the best dates and a spending budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the bed configuration you need. Beautifully Renovated 1 BR with Immaculate Views! Sand Dunes 2926 has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is often available online. If they are not listed, email the property management company before booking the vacation home. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull out couches in living rooms. You'll need to determine what is right for your vacation group.
- Visiting for a specific attraction or event? If so, use a map search to browse nearby rentals.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to ask about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
- Remember to include your furry companions! Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your agreement! Extra fees or charges might be applied to your invoice.
More tips for your visit:
- Put the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Note any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately send them to the property manager. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be useful if there is a dispute.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, television set or WIFI setup. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents many issues.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful vacationers bothering your peaceful neighborhood. Apply the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and attractions you would've never otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically help. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
- Lock your vacation home while you're out. Protect your property!
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition.
- Did your group have a terrific stay? Many rental websites make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
