The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid-stay cleaning requests for a modest fee.
While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our prices reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!

Our top Rental home tips:
How to get the best rental home value:
- Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Summertime is the most expensive season in the Myrtle Beach area. Booking in the Fall or Spring is a great way to save on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a discount.
- Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guide magazines have offers and deals for nearby accommodations, restaurants and tours.
Narrow your Search:
- Select a group lead, select your dates, and choose a budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the configuration your group requires. Ocean view condo Sea Mist 50907 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed types is almost always available on booking pages. If not, call the host before reserving your rental. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds and bunks. You'll need to work out what configuration is best for your group.
- If your group is vacationing with pets, filter your search for a pet-friendly property. Ask for details on breed, weight, and type requirements. Some property managers charge additional pet fees.
- Looking for unique amenities? Most rental search websites include amenity lists and search filters. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find the perfect rental home.
- Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before booking.
Advice for your stay:
- Review check in & check out procedures before traveling. Take a printed copy, and save the directions to your phone.
- Property managers are there to help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
- Keep the property locked while you're out! Don't let crooks spoil your family vacation.
- Upon check-in, record any issues with the rental property and immediately alert the owner. Record all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
- Respect your neighbors. Often, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Inspect the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to propel new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will will be grateful for your review find their best vacation home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
