True one bedroom! Private bdrm has a queen bed with TV & walk-in closet. Bathroom features a tub/shower combo. Living room is roomy & features a pull out couch-bed and a futon, comfortably sleeping a family of 5. The kitchen has full sized appliances, including a dishwasher! Stackable washer/dryer! Balcony w/ nice view of the ocean. For rainy days: there's cable tv, an indoor pool, a game room and an on-site gym! Multiple pools, volleyball, pool tables, hot tubs, a splash pad, water slide & lazy river.
Cavernous true 1 bdrm (not shotgun style). Walk in to a hallway with a shelf to the left for jackets, hats, purse, etc. Keep going and the sizable bedroom is on he right. There's a walk in closet and a dresser for your clothes. The bathroom is accessible via bedroom or hallway. The full sized kitchen includes a dining set for 4. The washer/dryer is in the hall, and the balcony is off the living room. Compared to many other units in Myrtle Beach ocean-front resorts (even this same building), this unit is very roomy. It's more like an apartment than a hotel room, which makes it ideal for a longer stay. (Ask about off-season longer stay discounts!) Please note: Although this unit will sleep 5, we recommend no more than 2-3 adults to optimize comfort. One true bed, a pull out couch bed a futon make up the sleeping arrangements. Great economical option for a family with modest kids.
This unit is located on the 4th floor, and the resort has many elevators.
We offer a starter set of toiletries, but for those staying more than a few days, you will need to re-stock your TP, paper towels, shampoo, etc.
This unit is managed off-site, therefore there will be no mid-stay cleanings. Please do not put trash or linens in the hallways.

Getting the best Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:
Cost saving strategies:
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
- Summer months are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Booking your vacation rental in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
- Some owners offer discounts for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
- Booking websites often offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
- Many management companies supply Myrtle Beach area travel guide magazines which often include money-saving deals, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
How to choose and book the right Myrtle Beach rental home:
- Start by choosing your a vacation week and a budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your family requires. Ocean view, pools, hot tubs, water slide, sleeps 5, W\/D, 4th floor at Ocean Reef has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rentals search.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed types is generally available on booking websites. Otherwise, reach out to the property owner before you reserve your rental. Remember that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds in living rooms. You'll need to establish what is best for your vacation.
- Some rentals allow pets, and some do not. Acceptable types of family pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask the property manager about allowable breeds and types before booking.
- Looking for unique amenities? Most rental websites include search filters with amenity lists.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Remember to confirm all required amenities are included before reserving a rental
Advice for your stay:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before leaving home. Add a note with the instructions to your smartphone, and take a printed copy.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, A/V setup or washer/dryer. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent quite a few issues.
- Protect the owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home while you are gone, just like you would at home.
- Note any damages to the rental during check in, and immediately contact the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are valuable if there is a dispute.
- Respect the neighborhood. Often, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking regulations reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Did your group have a wonderful stay? Many rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
