Our guests appreciate having their own private balcony where they can relax and savor both the vistas of the ocean as well as the pools. The wet bar area includes a sink, cabinet space, a microwave and a full-size refrigerator!

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

The Landmark is known for its many pool conveniences options!
While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and drink outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our prices reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Getting the best Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
How to get the best rental value:
- Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Book your Myrtle Beach vacation in Spring or Fall to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
- Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your family.
- Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitors guide magazines have offers and deals for local accommodations, tours and attractions.
Filter your rental search:
- Begin by choosing a vacation week and a budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your family requires. Ocean View Queen Suite Landmark Resort 1125 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts is often available on booking websites. If they are not listed, reach out to the property owner before booking the property. Note that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull out couches in living rooms. You'll need to determine what bed configuration is suitable for your vacation.
- Some rentals allow pets, but some do not. Acceptable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional charges may apply. Ask the owner about pets before booking.
- Visiting for a specific attraction? Use a map search to find nearby properties.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
Advice for a great stay:
- Take a copy of the property manager's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental. We recommend storing the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Hosts are great sources of help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Lock your rental while you're out and about. Keep your property safe!
- Upon check-in, note any issues with the rental property and immediately contact the owner. Keep records of all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are a terrific resource to find the best local attractions.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all of your things. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on great ratings to propel new reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
