You also have a private balcony where you can savor fantastic vistas of the Atlantic ocean.
While the Sea Mist is a 65-year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests really adore the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid-staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our prices reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!

Strategies to get the optimal Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
Getting the best rental value:
- Summertime is the most expensive season in the Myrtle Beach area. To find the best value, consider changing your trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer great temperatures, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic.
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Reserving your rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
- Hosts sometimes offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
- Property managers usually offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.
- Often, management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides which often include money-saving deals, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Planning and choosing the right Myrtle Beach vacation home:
- Choose a group leader, choose your dates, and select a maximum budget.
- Decide how many beds and the bed configuration you need. Ocean View Studio~Sea Mist 50703 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is often accessible on booking websites. Otherwise, reach out to the property manager before booking the vacation home. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- Visiting for a specific event? Use a map search to browse nearby rentals.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
- Some rental properties allow pets, but some don't. Allowable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask your host about pet restrictions before booking.
More considerations for your visit:
- Put the manager's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- To make sure that damages aren't linked to your family's visit, make a record of any problem areas upon check in. Call the rental manager right away to document any issues. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, elevator or WIFI setup. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents a lot of difficulties.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud vacationers disrupting your peaceful neighborhood. Use the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and places you would've not otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Lock your rental home while you're out. Protect your property!
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition.
- Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on good reviews to stimulate future reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
