Ideally located near Family Kingdom Amusement Park, with only a short distance to the beach. Market Common, IMAX Theater, Ripley's Aquarium, and Broadway at the Beach are all within a short drive away. A short drive gets you to many of the well-known local eateries, retail stores, golf courses, and attractions.

Note: The onsite eateries (including the coffee shop and tiki bar), laundry room, kids's play area, and exercise center will be closed to visitors as of 9/1/21. All other water features will remain open.
