Other Things to Note:
Here’s an enhanced version of your “Other Things to Note” section that maintains all the original information while improving clarity and flow:

---

**Other Things to Note:**
Please be aware that the area can get very busy during bicycle weeks, especially during the Atlantic Beach Bicycle Fest. This may lead to police-managed traffic flows, increased congestion, and busy conditions. Additionally, our busiest week is during the Fourth of July, when parking may fill up quickly. While ample parking is available, it operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and you may need to use overflow tons or park on the street during peak times. There are two parking garages and three surface tons available for guests.

This unit is self-catering, meaning consumable items such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper products are not included. We provide starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel-sized soap and shampoo as a courtesy, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies once these are used up.

Please note that amenities may be subject to closure or interruption without notice due to inclement weather, new restrictions, or other unforeseen issues determined by the HOA, service providers, and building management. Food and beverage facilities operated by the front desk are not accessible to guests renting privately; however, there are many great dining options close by, including a marvelous beach bar next door.

Currently, the indoor pool on the 7th floor is closed for renovations, along with the 5th and 6th floors of the parking garage.

If you are traveling with a bigger group, we also have additional condos available for rent in the building. Feel complimentary to reach out to us anytime if you would like to rent another unit!

Strategies for getting the perfect vacation home experience:

When to reserve a Myrtle Beach rental home & When to go:

  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • To book the largest vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Booking websites frequently offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.
  • Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local stories, visitor guide magazines have discounts for local restaurants, attractions, and tours.

Choosing the perfect vacation rental in the Myrtle Beach area:

  • Choose your dates and budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration your family requires. Lovely Oceanfront Condo*Pool*FREE Tickets*C84 has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rentals search.
  • Specific details about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is normally accessible online. Otherwise, call the property owner before reserving the vacation home. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds and bunks.
  • Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional fees or charges may be applied to your invoice.
  • Visiting for a single event or attraction? Use a map search to browse nearby rentals.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.

Advice for your stay:

  • Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Take a printed copy, and save the instructions to your phone.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, intercom or kitchen appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent a lot of concerns.
  • Lock your rental property while you are gone! Don't let crooks spoil your family vacation.
  • To make certain damages are not attributed to your visit, make a record of any problem areas during arrival. text the host immediately to document your findings. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be valuable.
  • Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Often, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Upon check-out, take a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did you have a terrific vacation? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
