Notice this unit's tile plank floor throughout, refreshed kitchen and baths, automatic window blinds on oceanside, as well as the modern furnishings with bright and colorful decor.

Resort Conveniences include: Indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, sports courts (tennis, pickleball, basketball), a modest exercise facility, pizza shop and a bar/restaurant. Guests will appreciate the additional wide sandy beach next to the property and Singleton Swash, providing additional space and privacy, while being within walking distance of Ocean Annie's Beach Bar and Live Music. Numerous fashionable Myrtle Beach attractions are close by, as this property is halfway between North Myrtle Beach and Downtown.

This is a NON-SMOKING building, per HOA guidelines. There is no smoking or vaping within the unit, on the balcony or in any of the common areas of the property.

Towels, linens, and a well-equipped kitchen are supplied.
The couch is a sizable sectional. It does not pull out.

Guests will have private access to the entire condo, as well as the amenities offered and managed by Sands Beach Club and close by Sands Ocean Club.
