The unit includes a roomy living room, kitchenette complete with major appliances.

One bedroom with two full-size beds ( sleeps 4 ).
Nice kitchen equipped with refrigerator, cooking stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, sink, TVs ( living room and bedroom ), dresser, closet, and nightstand.

The living room has a nice full-size couch ( not a pullout couch cum bed ), recliner, nice glass dining table with four chairs.
