This condo is exceptional! You won't find one any closer to the beach! This ocean front condo is located over the dunes on the second floor. In higher floor condos, you usually have to stand at the window to see the beach, but not with this condo! Panoramic vistas of the ocean, beach and palms greet you from every room.
Dates not available? Check out our other condo. Exact same layout, but on the 8th floor:
Vrbo 843153
The beach access is right outside. And being on the second floor gives you a choice of using one of five elevators or taking the stairs.
This condo is pretty and is in the Wyndham resort which has 7 pools, 11 hot tubs, two lazy rivers, restaurant, tiki bar, arcade, two gift stores, exercise, lakes, fountains, bridges, etc.
The condo is in the best location. It is centrally located between North Myrtle and Myrtle Beach so you have simple access to both. It is two miles from Barefoot Landing (5 mins.) which is the highly fashionable area like Disney city with lakes, bridges, stores, eateries, entertainment and fun!
It is near Broadway at the Beach, Pirates Voyage and tons of eateries. The Tanger Outlet stores are one mile away. For all your supplies and groceries, the new Wal-Mart Superstore is also just one mile away.
The Wyndham resort is fresh and the grounds are simply handsome, all at the ocean front. It is right off the highway so access is painless and you won't be delayed by traffic.
There is a washer and dryer in the condo and a laundry room just down the hall outside the condo if you want to do more than one load at a time.
There are tons of fun things on the beach within an easy walk. There is the pier, more tiki bars and eateries, and the Hilton, on one side, and a state park on the other so whether you want entertainment or a peaceful beach walk, you have a choice!
We have a 7 nighttime minimum in the summer.
I hope this helps. We look forward to having you as our guest!
Warm regards,
Katherine, Gary and the kids.

Tricks and tips for getting the best Myrtle Beach rental home experience:
When to visit Myrtle Beach & When to reserve a rental home:
- Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Summertime is the most expensive season in the Myrtle Beach area. Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is an excellent way to save on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- Some property management companies offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
- Property managers usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitor guides have offers and deals for nearby restaurants, attractions, and tours.
How to choose and book the rightrental:
- Select vacation week and maximum budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the configuration your group requires. Oceanfront Corner Unit with Wraparound deck. It's practically on the beach! has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts is often available on booking pages. If not, reach out to the property owner before booking the rental. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- If your group is vacationing with pets, filter your search for a pet-friendly vacation rental. Get details on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Usually, hosts charge pet deposits and fees.
- If there's an individual Myrtle Beach destination you are enamored with, look for properties that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your desires.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
Tips for a great stay:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before leaving home. Add a note with the instructions to your phone, and take a printed copy.
- Property managers are available to help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are gone, just like you would at home.
- To ensure that no damages are attributed to your family's visit, make note of any problem areas during arrival. Call the host immediately to report your findings. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be valuable.
- Be respectful of your neighbors. Frequently, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
- On check-out day, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
- After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on great reviews to drive new bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your feedback find their best vacation home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to solve it.
