All the carpeting was removed and in its place all new LVP floor was installed along with all new baseboards throughout. The owner also installed new furnishings as well. Lastly, in the main living space a brand new arcade game was installed!

Upon entering the condo guest will find the first bedroom directly to the left of the entry door. This bedroom is completely furnished with a queen size bed and will accommodate 2 guests. This room also features 2 nightstands, dresser and modest closet for storage, wall mounted TV, and window providing natural light.

The second bedroom is located down the hall to the right of the first bedroom. This bedroom features two queen size bed, nightstand, dresser and closet for storage, wall mounted TV, and a window for natural light. This bedroom comfortably sleeps 4 guests.

The kitchen is very open and cavernous, and cooking meals with an oceanfront view isn't too bad! The kitchen features all full-size appliances including: stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer and a microwave. The kitchen also offers entirely supplied cabinets with plentiful cabinet space for storage. In addition, our guests will savor modest appliances such as a coffee maker. There are hundreds of award-winning eateries within a short walk / ride from the resort, and many of them offer delivery and take-out options. Food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash are very trendy services in the Myrtle Beach area!

Located just across the hall from the kitchen is the guest bathroom. This bathroom features a full-size shower/tub, vanity, tile floor, and is fully supplied with towels and washcloths.

The living room is located on the oceanfront side of the apartment and offers countless oceanfront vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. With this condo being a corner unit the balcony wraps around to the south giving a bigger oceanfront view! The living room is furnished with a sizable flat screen TV, coffee table, two end tables, an accent chair, a modest breakfast nook overlooking the balcony with endless vistas, and couch that converts to a queen size bed. Between the living room and kitchen, guests will have access to a full-size kitchen table and chairs that will accommodate 6 guests. Our guests can also access the oceanfront balcony from the living room.

We provide our guests with 8 bath towels (per bathroom), 8 washcloths (per bathroom), soap, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, makeup wipes, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

We are confident that you are going to adore this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. See you soon!

How to book the best Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:

When to visit Myrtle Beach & When to book:

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer time is high season in Myrtle Beach. To find the best value, try shifting your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Owners sometimes offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Booking websites frequently offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.
  • Often, rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guide magazines which include money-saving offers, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Planning, picking, and booking a perfect Myrtle Beach rental:

  • Select vacation dates and budget.
  • Note the number beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Direct Oceanfront 3 bedroom Condo - Compass Cove Mariner Tower 1415 has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Specific details about bedrooms and bed counts is normally available on booking websites. Otherwise, email the property manager before you book the rental. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds in living rooms.
  • If your family is bringing pets, you'll need to book a pet-friendly vacation rental. Ask for specifics on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Note that some hosts charge additional pet fees.
  • Visiting for a specific event or attraction? If so, use a map search to locate nearby rentals.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking.

More tips for your stay:

  • Get the owner's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your rental property.
  • Property managers are great sources of help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Record any damages to the property during check in, and immediately contact the host. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are useful if damages are assessed.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are often a terrific source for finding the best local restaurants, beaches, and hangouts.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your family have a excellent vacation? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
