Welcome to the most handsome and broad vistas of the Grandiose Strand! There is only one group of condos in the Margate Tower to see from the North Carolina coast to the far reaches of South Carolina, and this is it!
Margate Tower 2102 is a striking, expansive four bedroom oceanfront condo on the 21st floor in the gated community of Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach. With 9-foot ceilings, an open floor plan, roomy rooms and three full baths, this is the place for a dream vacation.
This 2,800 square foot condo is cavernous and features a 560 square foot balcony where eight can dine at our balcony table while overlooking the ocean. There are additional high-top seating areas for 4 to soak in the dramatic vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen has granite countertops, the latest appliances, an eating bar and a separate dining area. The comfortable huge room accepts room for all to relax after a long day on the beach! Brand new motorized blinds allow for full-day ocean vistas and room darkening at nighttime.
The huge bedrooms boast plenty of closet space and beautiful oceanfront vistas. You will be amazed at the spaciousness, how generously it is appointed, and the view will take your breath away. The Master bedroom is the best on the strip, accepting for a full view of the north-to-south coastline. There is even a separate balcony for the primary bedroom to sit and savor the ocean sights and sounds.
Everything has been thought of in this pretty condo: hardwoods throughout, a separate laundry room entrance for beach day entry, calming beach tone colors throughout and did we mention the view?? The kitchen has an extensive collection of cookware needs and ample pantry space.
While staying with us at 2102, you will appreciate two private pools (one pool is heated from November through April) just for Margate Tower residents and visitors. Black Drum Brewing is steps away to enjoy great oceanfront dining and entertainment, and the Hilton provides additional beach bar entertainment at the Wet Whistle. The beach is just 30 yards from the condo tower, with chairs and umbrellas to rent or you can bring your own. There are also bathrooms in the lobby for use by residents and tower guests only.
Located in the most beautiful section of the Grand Strand, Kingston Plantation has walking trails, ponds and beautiful landscaping. It is a meticulously maintained community in a prime location. There are many close by shopping, golf, entertainment and dining options.

How to get the best Myrtle Beach rental home experience:
When to book & When to go:
- June, July, and August are high season in Myrtle Beach. Book your Myrtle Beach rental property in Fall or Spring to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
- Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Some hosts offer discounts for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group.
- Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.
- Often, property management companies supply Myrtle Beach area travel guide magazines which include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Selecting the perfect rental in Myrtle Beach:
- First, have your group agree to a vacation week and a maximum budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Oceanfront Luxury 4 Bedroom in Margate Tower Panoramic Views! has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach vacation rental search.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is almost always accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, call the host before booking your home. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to work out what is right for your vacation family.
- Looking for special amenities? Most rental websites include amenity lists and search filters. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find the perfect rental.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental
- Traveling with pets? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Extra fees or costs applied to your contract.
Know before you go:
- Review check in & check out procedures before traveling. Take a printed copy, and save the instructions to your phone.
- Make a record of any damages to the property at check in, and immediately send them to the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are beneficial if damages are assessed.
- Property managers are there to help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are usually an excellent resource to find the best local beaches and hangouts.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can often help. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Keep the property locked while you are gone! Don't let thieves ruin your trip.
- Double-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your group have a wonderful stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
