The sound of ocean waves crashing on the shore and the serene sunrise and sunset are the norm while sipping your favorite drink on the private balcony. Each adirondack chair has a private cupholder under the chair arm and footstool located underneath the seat. Simple pull-out feature accepts for simple transition from a standard chair to a cozy lounge in seconds.

As it is bespoke with condo units, any items needed beyond the provisions, above, will need to be supplied by guests. Be sure to bring your sunscreen, pool floaties, pool towels, heavy blankets & any other items you want while on vacation! For longer stays, we do not provide laundry service but laundry facilities are available on the lobby level for your use.

Motorcycles are prohibited on the resort property from May 1st - August 31st.

Guest access:

Top 5 Tips for your arrival:
Simply inform the security guard that you are a guest and have a reservation
As you drive in, there’s no need to stop at the front desk. Continue straight and follow directions to the North Tower.
Proceed up the parking deck as your best parking will be found at the upper deck.
When you’ve parked, make your way to the nearest elevator and up to the 8th floor.
You will find your parking passes on the wall hooks inside your bedroom alongside your pool bands which will give you full access to ALL resort pools. Be sure to keep the parking pass in your car throughout your entire stay with us.

Important Notice: Upcoming Maintenance at SeaWatch Resort (December 2024 - January 2025)



We want to inform our future guests that beginning December 2024 through January 2025, the North Tower Waterproofing Project will be underway. This essential work includes waterproofing the exterior hallways, floors, walls, and ceilings, as well as sealing, caulking, painting the exterior walls, and replacing the carpet in all hallways and balconies.



Please note that while all work will be done from the exterior, no access to your unit (The Shorebirds Retreat) will be required. However, the contractors ask that during this period, blinds remain closed, balcony slider doors remain locked, and all balcony furnishings be temporarily removed.



In addition, while the North Tower indoor hot tub and South Tower hot tubs will remain open, the North Tower outdoor hot tubs will be closed, and the North Tower Lobby Level Veranda will also be unavailable for use during this time.



We understand that these changes may cause some inconvenience, and we want to reassure you that this maintenance is necessary to ensure the continued quality and 5-star guest experience at SeaWatch Resort. We sincerely hope this information doesn’t impact your stay at The Shorebirds Retreat.
