Something about our building Arcadian II
We are a smaller high rise; Yep only 6 condos per floor. No long waits for the elevator. No running down in the morning to save your lounge chairs at the pool. These issues are never a problem at our building as we have plenty of pool chairs and great elevators. Oh and no bad locations in this building as all are Oceanfront.
The Tennis Court is available most of the time but if not you can reserve it.
Our rear door is only 25 yards to the beach! Enormous parking lot with spaces close to the entrance! Bellmen Carts by the front door to help you get your suitcases in and out.
Arcadian Shores section is right in between Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach in unincorporated Horry County. Our address is in Myrtle Beach but a little distance from the hordes. If you like the hordes on occasion restaurant row is 2 mins.. Barefoot landing is a 5 min. drive and Broadway at the beach about 15 mins..

Tips to get the very best vacation property experience:
When to book a Myrtle Beach rental home & When to go:
- Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Myrtle Beach. To find the best value, shift your family's Myrtle Beach vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer pleasant weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Booking websites often offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
- Many management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides which will include coupons, either offered independently by local companies, or through a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Narrow your rental Search:
- Begin by choosing the best vacation week and a spending budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Oceanfront_Spacious_View the Sunrise_ Family Friendly & Quiet Building has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is almost always accessible online. If not, contact the property management company before reserving the property. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to determine what bed configuration is right for your trip.
- Remember to include your furry companions! Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional fees or charges could be applied to your contract.
- Visiting for a single event? Try a map search to browse nearby properties.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all required amenities are included before booking
Advice for your stay:
- Get the property manager's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental home.
- Hosts are great sources of help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
- Ensure you protect the owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home while you are out, just like you would back home.
- Make a record of any issues with the property at check in, and immediately contact the property manager. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be helpful if a dispute arises.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful visitors disrupting your peace. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would have not otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- On check-out day, complete a walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did your group have a great time? Most rental managers make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
