LOOK AT THE AMAZING VIEW! Savor this tropical heaven that is direct oceanfront! There are very few units where you have the view of the palm trees, the beach AND the ocean! You can lay in bed and see and hear the ocean. This unit has many upgrades. Located at the Sand Dunes Resort on Myrtle Beach's Golden Mile (74th Avenue North), Unit 232 on the second floor will become your new-found paradise. Have coffee or blender drinks on the balcony overlooking the beach, ocean and patio; relax in bed while listening to the waves; sit in the comfortable chaise lounge reading a book or watching for the dolphins, or sit at the table to eat or watch the action on the beach. Appreciate the luxury of new furnishings, an striking rock wall behind the bed, new tile throughout, an upgraded 51' flat screen TV, new bed, and high-end linens.
In the kitchen area, there is a 2 burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, full size refrigerator/freezer, and all the pots, pans, dinnerware and glassware you need. There is a toaster, blender (for those frosty drinks), ice bucket and Keurig coffee maker.
All you should need is your food and your clothes! We are owner operated and many extras are supplied with the condo! We provide bed linens and comforters, towels (bath and kitchen towels), iron and ironing board, a get-started supply of dish soap, garbage bags, paper towels, bath tissue - even shampoo, conditioner and soap!
And more …
No need to rent or bring beach chairs or an umbrella since they come with the room! We provide 2 Tommy Bahama chairs and an umbrella! We've even included a beach bag and a modest soft sided cooler.
There are many amenities at the resort:
Outdoor zero entry pool with lounge chairs overlooking the ocean
Lazy River
Indoor pool overlooking the ocean
Jacuzzi Tubs
Grassy outdoor patio overlooking the ocean with tables and chairs
A exercise room, arcade, and convenience store
24- hour laundry facility
Ice machines
3 onsite eateries – River City Café, Fish Shanty, and a pizza place. Starbucks is right next door.
And of course an oceanfront bar area so you can grab a drink
Outside of the resort lies a thousand things to do - many eateries, miniature golf courses, boating, fishing from a close by pier, golfing, shopping (yes, there are outlet malls very close!), and looking for shells and shark teeth (my son's favorite thing to do!). Most everything is a less than 15 min. walk or drive and US 17 is only 2 blocks away where there are grocery stores, bars, liquor stores, and stores. The airport is less than 10 miles away too! The hotel is in a ideal location, between 2 enormous family entertainment areas – Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing – and very close to many of the local attractions – Carolina Opry, Pirate Show, and Medieval Times.
This unit is not on the Sand Dunes rental program; therefore, daily maid service and Sand Dunes waterpark are not supplied. However, you have access to the indoor and outdoor pools and lazy river and they are all oceanfront! Your rental includes only the amenities paid for by the Homeowners Association.
So come appreciate a piece of heaven. Wake up to striking sunrises and go to sleep with the sounds of the ocean.

Strategies to get the best vacation property experience:
Finding your perfect vacation home:
- The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are booked very early. Reserving your rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
- Summer is the most expensive season in Myrtle Beach. To get the largest vacation home within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
- Some owners offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
- Property management companies usually offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
- Many rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides that include coupons, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Selecting the perfect rental:
- First, have your family commit to trip dates and a budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the bed configuration your family needs. \"Oceans Edge\" ~ New! Heaven! Look at the view from the balcony has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific details about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is commonly accessible on booking pages. Otherwise, call the property owner before you book your home. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds.
- If your family is bringing pets, you'll need to search for a pet-friendly property. Request specifics on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Often, property owners charge pet deposits and fees.
- Visiting for a single attraction? Use a map search to find nearby properties.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. .
More considerations for your visit:
- Be sure you get the host's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your . We recommend storing the manager's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, A/V setup or thermostat. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent lots of issues.
- Lock your vacation home while you're out. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
- To make sure that no damages are attributed to your stay, make note of any problem areas when you arrive. message the host right away to record any issues. If there is a dispute, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be helpful.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are often a terrific source for finding the best local scenic spots.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Did your family have a fantastic vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
