☀MAINTENANCE REMINDER☀
In the off-season, homeowner associations and owners have the opportunity to perform property maintenance and renovations, which may affect resort amenities, pools, and possibly result in unanticipated construction noise. We will make every effort to ensure that all our listings are up to date. However, in the event that any amenities are closed or construction noises are heard, there will be no refunds issued.

Conveniently located oceanfront resort is located on the beach, 6 miles from Myrtle Beach State Park and steps away from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade's attractions, stores, and eateries. Our condo is in a prime location, just mins. away from Broadway at the Beach, the airport, many eateries, golfing, bars, entertainment/shows, and more! Plus, stay connected with our complimentary WiFi.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around Myrtle Beach is by car or Uber. While staying at the resort you can walk to the beach or to the following attractions or eateries.

The resort is within driving distance to the Myrtle Beach International Airport, which is roughly 4 miles away.

Other Things to Note:
All suites managed by StayMareni have code locks on the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at any front-desk lobby. All access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in just prior to your 4PM check-in (or earlier check-in time, if arranged). Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will be waiting for you in your suite.

Please note that items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not supplied by us but can typically be rented from a variety of vendors at the beach, subject to seasonality.

❃NON-SMOKING ❃
Holiday Pavilion is a smoke-complimentary / tobacco-complimentary Myrtle Beach resort experience. This includes all rooms, balconies, and common areas. As a courtesy to other guests, and to maintain a healthy and clean environment, the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is PROHIBITED. If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum of a $250 fee to cover our cleaning costs. If discovered, a violation of this policy will result in your immediate eviction. This policy is taken seriously and is STRICTLY ENFORCED.

Please, please, please check-out at your arranged check-out time. Late check-outs are very disruptive to our cleaning, inspector and office teams and often inconvenience our next, incoming guests. All violators will be charged an unauthorized late check-out fee of $100.

❃KEY CARDS / FOBS ❃
To ensure a smooth stay, we kindly ask that all key fobs be returned to the lockbox upon checkout. Please handle them with care, as lost, damaged, or missing key fobs will incur a replacement fee of $75.

❃NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ❃ Violators will be subject to a $250 fine.

❃POOL BANDS❃ To ensure you have full access to the pool area, pool bands are supplied for your stay. We kindly ask that you return all pool bands to the unit at checkout. In the event a band is lost or misplaced, a $25 replacement fee per band will apply.

❃NO FAMILY PETS ARE ACCEPTED IN THE UNIT. Violating this policy will result in a minimum fine of $250, with additional cleaning costs potentially applying. If you'd like to bring your dog, only our suites at the Patricia Grandiose are pet-friendly (restrictions apply). Please contact us directly for more information and availability. Emotional support animals are not allowed. If you're bringing a service animal, please notify us at the time of booking or before check-in.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by individual hosts (please treat our properties with respect), all questions or requests must be made by contacting us as we are providing guest services. Any front desks operating in, or near, these locations will not have your information and will be unable to assist you with your stay or questions you may have.

Please note our pre-check-in policy. Failure to sign our check-in form and provide a valid government-issued ID by 3 PM on the day of check-in will result in the inability to check in that day. However, guests may reschedule their check-in for the next available day between 10 AM and 3 PM upon compliance with our pre-check-in rules.

SkyWheel Myrtle Beach and Family Kingdom Amusement Park are not to be missed.

When to visit & When to book:

• In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked very early. Booking your vacation home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
• Summertime is high season in Myrtle Beach. Booking your vacation home in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
• Booking websites typically offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.
• Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine upon arrival. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to establish what configuration is right for your vacation.
• Remember to include your furry companions! Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your rental agreement! Pet fees or charges applied to your invoice.
• Looking for special amenities? Most rental websites include amenity lists and search filters. Use these to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
• Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.

Some things to know before you go:

• Review arrival and departure procedures before leaving home. Save the instructions to your phone, and take a printed copy.
• Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
• Lock your rental property while you are away! Don't let burglars ruin your trip.
• At Check-in, note any issues with the rental property and immediately contact the host. Record all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
• Respect your neighbors. Frequently, surrounding homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking regulations is the right thing to do.
• Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
• Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent feedback to propel new reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
