The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 3rd floor, direct ocean front condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This oceanfront 1 bedroom condo is entirely furnished with 1 king sized bed, 1 full sized murphy bed, and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. This unique layout offers a cavernous living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! Our guests will appreciate having their own private, oceanfront balcony where they can relax and savor impressive ocean vistas.

Upon entering, guests will enter through the bedroom. The bedroom features a king sized bed, nightstand between the beds, dresser for storage, flatscreen TV, AC unit, and blackout curtains. Each bed will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests.

The kitchen area located in-between the bedroom and the living room. The kitchen features a full-size stove and oven, upsized cabinet space, a mounted microwave, double compartment sink, solid surface countertops, full size refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare your meals! We provide all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are an exceptional number of options to choose from; many of which are a short walk / ride from the Landmark. Many eateries in the area offer delivery, but if not, food delivery options such as Uber Eats and DoorDash are very fashionable in the area.

Just behind the kitchen you will find the bathroom. The bathroom is split into 2 areas with the toilet, and shower/tub in one area, and a sink, hair dryer, and vanity in the other. The vanity features a solid surface counter, mirror, and sink.

Making your way into the living room, guests will be blown away by the oceanfront vistas. The living room is the most calming area of the apartment, and it features a full-size murphy bed (wall bed), a couch, accent chair, AC unit, commercial blackout curtains, wall mounted, flatscreen TV, a dining table with chairs, and access to the private, oceanfront balcony! Many of our guests have spotted dolphins, whales, sharks, and other wildlife from the balcony! Past guests have also shared photos of charming sunrises and sunsets.

The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and drink outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our prices reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest! Please keep in mind that this rental is privately owned and managed, and we have no affiliation with the resort staff, resort maintenance, or resort housekeeping. Should you have any maintenance or housekeeping needs, or have any questions, be sure to reach out to us directly so we can help!

Getting the best Myrtle Beach vacation property experience:

Cost saving strategies:

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer time is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Booking your vacation rental in Fall or Spring is a good way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
  • Many rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides which often include special offers, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

How to select the best rental in the Myrtle Beach area:

  • Begin by selecting your potential vacation weeks and a maximum budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and the bed configuration your family needs. One Bedroom King Suite with Oceanfront Views! Landmark 333 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
  • Specific information about bedrooms and bed types is regularly accessible on booking websites. If not, call the property management company before you reserve the vacation home. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches. You will need to work out what configuration is suitable for your trip.
  • Remember to include your furry companions! Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Extra fees or costs might be applied to your invoice.
  • Looking for special amenities? Most rental search websites include amenity lists and search filters. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to ask about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.

More considerations:

  • Get the property manager's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental.
  • Hosts are great sources of help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Document any issues with the property at check in, and immediately send them to the property manager. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are helpful if a dispute is filed.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud visitors disrupting your quiet neighborhood. Employ the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would've never otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a fantastic stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
