The condo features all new furnishings and decor.  The living room features a beautiful brand new curved sectional couch and  65 inch Roku Intelligent TV. The elegantly appointed kitchen features white shaker cabinets, upgraded appliances, granite countertops, electric stove, refrigerator, and over the range microwave. Created with relaxation in mind the sleek Oceanview  queen bedroom features a brand new queen size low profile bed, 1 nighttime stand, dresser, decorative lamp and 50 inch Intelligent Roku TV.

Retreat to the twin bedroom, which features a brand new twin size daybed, and 43 inch Intelligent Roku TV.

The guest bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo and updated vanity and mirror.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and WIFI.  The Palms Resort is a 17-story resort located on 25th Avenue North Ocean Blvd a very highly sought after beachfront  location.  Guests appreciate being able to walk to numerous dining and entertainment options within 2-3 mins. of the Palms Resort.  Our guests really savor the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini-golf, go-karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more!  Our guests also have access to complimentary parking for 2 cars only and the beach is only steps away.

Pack light!  We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay.  We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Please note: Two parking passes will be supplied, and they will be inside the condo on the kitchen counter or table! There is are 2 parking garages across the street for permanent parking. Extra cars will have to find alternative parking at your expense.  No motorbikes, golf carts, mopeds, or trailers are allowed.  Towing from the resort is enforced!  Parking passes must be displayed at all times.  Vehicles not displaying a valid parking permit are subject to towing at the owner's expense.  NO FAMILY PETS OR SMOKING!

Get the best value:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • To find the largest rental within budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.
