**We are proud to be Vacation Rental By Owner Premier Hosts!**
This condo is charmingly refreshed with the most extraordinary double balcony that extends across the whole front of the unit. Both the living room and the master bedroom have marvelous vistas of the beach and ocean! The living room has a pullout couch and there we have a bigger dresser being used for the TV stand so there is plenty of clothing storage for a couple of kids or another guest. I also have a pack-n-play that is available.
There is plenty of room for numerous people to gather comfortable because of the delightful open floor plan. The dining table seats three, but there is seating for three more to eat at the breakfast bar.
The kitchen has all the pots, pans, dishes, and silverware you should need for your vacation. There is plenty of room to store your groceries too with empty cabinet space and a enormous refrigerator. There is a charming new stainless glass top stove, new microwave, new dishwasher and nice size refrigerator.
The bedroom is so light, bright, and airy! There is a queen size bed, a intelligent TV, and a sliding glass door to the double balcony. Waking up to that view every morning and going to sleep to the sounds of the crashing waves is so marvelous!
The bathroom is located next to the bedroom. I has been updated with a new vanity and lighting. There is a bathtub and a shower and single vanity. There is a hairdryer available for your use too.
The building itself is the ideal size resort! It is big enough to have some amazing amenities, but not too big where you get lost or busy out. There are numerous pools on the main level. There is a full size outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, hot tub and a lazy river. There is also an indoor pool for those cool winter days or rainy summer days. There is also a exercise room on the first floor.
Buckets is the name of the seasonal restaurant on the first level of our building. They are ideal for a burger and fries or mango frozen margaritas by the pool!
We are happy to provide starters of many items, but we do not provide all the toiletries, paper & plastic products, etc. for your entire trip. If you are not wanting to pack extras, there are plenty of grocery stores, a Walmart, and a Costco close by. You can even have your items delivered with Instacart.
Listed below is what we do provide:
What we provide for our guest:
- One set of bathroom towels per guest which includes washcloth, hand towel, and bath towel. We do not supply beach towels.
- Free toiletries which include: Shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, makeup wipes, and soap.
- A few "in case you forgot" items which include: Razor, shaving cream, toothpaste, etc.
- Two rolls of toilet tissue.
What we provide for kitchen (besides basic pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc):
- Two hand towels, two dish towels
- Starter Paper Towel Roll
- Box of Garbage Bags
- Dish Detergent & Dish Soap
- Free Hot beverages including - Regular & Decaf Coffee and Tea. Creamer, Sugar, and Sweetener.
***Our coffee pot is a drip brewer, not a Keurig.
You are welcome to use the beach chairs and the toys in the closet. Please be mindful of the sand though. After using them, please rinse off the sand at the outdoor shower area next to the gazebo by the beach. Please place them back neatly too so they are nice for the next guest to use too. :)
The entire condo is yours! There is also a pool with loungers that you are welcome to use that is located on the 1st floor. There is also a kiddie pool, indoor pool, hot tub and lazy river on that level. On the same level, there is also a lounge area and restaurant with bathrooms which is great to use if you arrive earlier than check-in.
This unit is a self check-in which is super convenient for you! You do not have to wait to meet someone for keys or worry about keeping up with keys while you are on the beach. You simply drive to the condo and punch in the key code and start your vacation! You will be able to see the code on the site 24 hours prior to checking in. Please do not go to the front desk to check in. We are not on their rental program.
There is parking in the deck at the rear of the building. You will need a parking pass which is supplied for you located on the desk in the unit. BEWARE- They will tow any car parked in the upsized car parking if it is less than 6'8". They don't mess around with that, so don't park there if your auto is not tall enough. They will also tow you if you are in the 15 min. parking for long periods of time. Motorcycles are not allowed in our building parking deck. You enter the building through the main lobby. We have two elevators in the building.

Rental home booking tips and tricks:
Getting the most from your rental budget:
- To find the best value, consider shifting your vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer warm weather, , and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
- Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.
- Look for your local visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, travel guides contain discounts for local accommodations, tours and attractions.
Use filters to narrow your search:
- Select your vacation week and budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your group needs. Stylish Oceanfront Condo - Huge Balcony - 3 Pools, Lazy River, and Hot Tub has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is commonly available online. If they are not listed, reach out to the property manager before reserving the home. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull out couches in living rooms.
- Visiting for a single event? Use a map search to locate nearby rentals.
- Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before booking
- Traveling with pets? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement! Pet fees or costs may be applied to your agreement.
More tips for your stay:
- Be sure you get the host's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your . We recommend storing the manager's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Upon arrival, record any issues with the rental property and immediately contact the host. Record all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, intercom or washer/dryer. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief call prevents lots of problems.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are a terrific resource to find the best local beaches and restaurants.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can typically help. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Lock your vacation home while you are away. Protect the owner's property and your things!
- Double-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition.
- Did your family have a fantastic vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
