Summary:
Our handsomely furnished oceanfront unit is on the 15th floor and has spectacular vistas of the ocean!
Entirely modernized in 2022!!!
Our condo is unique as it is a true one bedroom.
The front door opens to the kitchen and living room, not the bedroom like other 1 bedroom units. This gives you a more open floor plan and a better nighttime’s sleep since your bedroom isn't right next to the hallway.
Dogs allowed (additional fee $25 per nighttime applies, weight up to 35 pounds).
The Space:
Picture yourselves appreciating your morning coffee or a glass of wine on the balcony! Whether you spend the day soaking up the sun or the sights in Myrtle Beach, you will look forward to calming!!!
Sleeps 6, separate bedroom with 2 full size beds, living room with Murphy bed.
The nearly wall to wall glass accepts you to appreciate charming vistas of the beach and ocean from anywhere in the living room.
The 15th floor is ideal because of the great vistas and you're high enough to not be bothered by all the noises from the pool.
We provide everything that you’ll need. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances including a full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, and microwave. The kitchen comes supplied with silverware, toaster, coffeemaker/Keurig, pots and pans, and much more.
A full set of bath towels, sheets, and blankets are also supplied.
There is even a washer/dryer on the same floor (hallway).
The unit is also equipped with a keypad, this means you can skip the line at the front desk when you get here and never have to worry about carrying around a key or card. You won't have to wait in long check-in lines if you stay with us, just go straight to the unit and start that vacation!
The Patricia Grandiose has marvelous amenities such as indoor heated pool and hot tubs, kiddie pool, lazy river, outdoor pool and hot tubs, sundeck/lawn, exercise center, business center, convenience store, ground floor café selling Starbucks, seasonal pool bar, restaurant which overlooks the ocean, parking garage.

How to get the best Myrtle Beach rental home experience:
Finding your best deal:
- Summer is the most expensive season in coastal SC. To book the most suitable rental within budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
- The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Booking your vacation rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Booking websites usually offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.
- Find a copy of your local visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great articles, visitors guide magazines have money saving offers on nearby attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.
Filter your rental search:
- Select a designated group leader, choose your dates, and select a maximum budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. 1510 Pearl on the Beach. Pet Friendly has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is often accessible online. If not, reach out to the host before booking your rental. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds.
- Visiting for a single attraction or event? If so, use a map search to find nearby rentals.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
- Some rentals allow pets, but others do not. Acceptable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional charges may apply. Ask the property manager about your furry family members before booking.
Know before you go:
- Add the host's phone number to your smartphone. Print and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- To make sure damages are not linked to your family's stay, inspect for any problem areas upon check in. text the property manager immediately to record your findings. If there is a dispute, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be useful.
- Property managers are there to help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious visitors disrupting your peace and quiet. Employ the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and attractions you would've not otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
- Lock your rental while you're away. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the property a final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
- Did your family have a terrific stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your property and/or host was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
