Penthouse Unit. Welcome to Heaven! A hideaway from the hordes, no crazy parking. Just sit back & relax while watching the Boats go by. So many yachts, jet ski’s, barges, all those home boats, sail boats, event boats and those cute tug boats going peacefully by. Savor private walks on our sidewalk path along the gorgeous waterway, listen to the water, the sweet birds & just appreciate the nature. No sand to contend with or unsteady ground. Several places to have a seat and take it all in.

Top Floor middle extended unit right over the Pier on the Intercostal Waterway. See water from every window including a Private Master Balcony entrance.

Location couldn’t get any better. 4mi to Downtown Myrtle Beach, Tanger Outlet, Shopping, Dining and entertainment just moments away. Literally around the corner, over the little bridge and you are there.

No elevators, 2 flights of stairs on either side near entrance. Stair cases are carpeted, wide & have numerous landings to make them very friendly for all guests. They are nice, open & with welcoming palm trees. Never feel the need to rush, remember-no hordes. We adore our stairs.

Working Remotely, you will find multiple places to set up. Most trendy is on the balcony or setting up in front of one of the 2 sliding glass doors for the handsome view. Several tabled options available.

Condo is Equipped w/all amenities from home
We may have more new pots & pans than you do at home. Even have an electric griddle to make ease of cooking & many necessities. Ask if you are missing something, we’ll see what we have.
