Family Animals are prohibited unless specifically approved in advance (Dogs are not allowed on the beach between the hours of 9:00AM and 5:00PM during the period of May 1stto Labor Day).
- The person renting this property must be at least 25 years old, have a valid credit card, and be present for the entire rental.

- No swimming, boating, rafting in Lake (Fishing is allowed in the Lake via common areas)
