Please contact for approval before reserving as we need to know the breed, age and weight of your dog. Animals are prohibited unless specifically approved in advance (Dogs are not allowed on the beach between the hours of 9:00AM and 5:00PM during the period of May 1stto Labor Day).
- The person renting this property must be at least 25 years old, have a valid credit card, and be present for the entire rental.

- No swimming, boating, rafting in Lake (Fishing is allowed in the Lake via common areas)
