This is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, 1,050 sqft condo sleeping to 6 people in 2 queen beds and 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed. The unit offers central AC/heat, high-speed internet, 2 Intelligent Roku TVs, a "work-from-home" area, private balcony, completely equipped kitchen, covered parking, & more.

This unit is located on the 2nd level, up 1 set of stairs, and is a single-level condo.

Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking additional care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

Important: Beach chairs and beach towels are not supplied. No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No family pets allowed. No events, events or sizable gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record.
