About this Property

How she got her name....from the time I was a little girl and we'd go on our annual beach trip, my Daddy would get in the car and ask "Who's two hands excited to go see the Big O. We would all raise our hands and scream "Two Hands". Then he'd say, "I'm so excited, I have to sit on my hands to keep from clapping". This tradition continued through my kids and now my grandiose kids. So, this past Christmas soon after I bought this cute bungalow, the whole family was sitting around trying to come up with the ideal name. And my sweet 91 yr old Daddy, raised his hands and screamed...."Who's Two Hands Excited"? We all knew at that moment, she could go by no other name.

I have newly refreshed this bungalow located at U21 and it's never been on the rental program. It offers all new furnishings, beds, floor and deck. It's located on a impressive peaceful dead end street.

The master bedroom offers a queen bed with a private bath with a shower. The guest room offers a full over full bunk bed. I also added constructed in kids bunk beds in the hallway. There is another full bath in the hall. The den is roomy with an open concept to the kitchen.

The deck offers new Polywood furnititure with seating for 6. There is also a washer and dryer in the shed. You can also savor a hot private shower outside. There is ample parking for 3 cars.

This is a NO pet home. I offer a complimentary golf cart for drivers over the age of 24. I also provide quality linens at no additional cost.

Booking the best vacation home experience:

How to get the best value:

  • The sooner you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • Summertime is high season in Myrtle Beach. To get the best value, consider changing your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
  • Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine upon checking in. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great information, travel guides contain coupons for local tours and attractions.

How to choose and book your prefect Myrtle Beach rental:

  • Choose vacation week and spending budget.
  • Decide how many beds and the configuration your family requires. Please welcome \"Two Hands Excited\" to the Ocean Lakes rental program. has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rentals search.
  • Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is almost always accessible online. If not, email or call the property manager before reserving the vacation home. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds in living rooms. You'll need to establish what is right for your vacation.
  • Some rental properties allow pets, and some don't. Allowable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the host about your furry family members before booking.
  • Visiting for a single event? If so, use a map search to find nearby rentals.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Remember to confirm all required amenities are available and included before reserving a rental

More tips for your stay:

  • Store the host's contact information in your smartphone.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, television set or washer/dryer. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents quite a few problems.
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Upon check-in, document any damages to the rental property and immediately alert the property manager. Record all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
  • Be respectful of your neighbors. Often, nearby homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on good ratings to propel future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your experience find their best vacation rental. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
