How she got her name....from the time I was a little girl and we'd go on our annual beach trip, my Daddy would get in the car and ask "Who's two hands excited to go see the Big O. We would all raise our hands and scream "Two Hands". Then he'd say, "I'm so excited, I have to sit on my hands to keep from clapping". This tradition continued through my kids and now my enormous kids. So, this past Christmas soon after I bought this cute bungalow, the whole family was sitting around trying to come up with the ideal name. And my sweet 91 yr old Daddy, raised his hands and screamed...."Who's Two Hands Excited"? We all knew at that moment, she could go by no other name.
I have freshly modernized this bungalow located at U21 and it's never been on the rental program. It offers all new furnishings, beds, floor and deck. It's located on a handsome peaceful dead end street.
The master bedroom offers a queen bed with a private bath with a shower. The guest room offers a full over full bunk bed. I also added constructed in kids bunk beds in the hallway. There is another full bath in the hall. The den is cavernous with an open concept to the kitchen.
The deck offers new Polywood furnititure with seating for 6. There is also a washer and dryer in the shed. You can also appreciate a hot private shower outside. There is ample parking for 3 cars.
This is a NO pet home. I offer a complimentary golf cart for drivers over the age of 24. I also provide quality linens at no additional cost.

Our top Myrtle Beach rental property booking tips:
How to get the best rental value:
- Summer is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To find the best value, consider shifting your vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer great weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
- The sooner you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked early. Booking your vacation property six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
- Property management companies sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
- Property managers usually offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitor guide magazines have money saving offers on nearby attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.
Use filters to search efficiently:
- Start by selecting your potential vacation weeks and a max budget.
- Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Please welcome \"Two Hands Excited\" to the Ocean Lakes rental program. has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is generally available on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, email the property management company before you book the property. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- Does your family require specific amenities? Most websites include search filters for amenities. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find your ideal rental.
- Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
- Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Extra fees or costs might be applied to your agreement.
Considerations for your stay:
- Be sure you get the property manager's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental home. Put the manager's information in your smartphone.
- Document any issues with the rental at check in, and immediately contact the property manager. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be helpful if a dispute arises.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, elevator or appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents many concerns.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud visitors bothering your life at home. Practice the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and places you would've not otherwise known!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Lock your rental property while you're out! Don't let thieves ruin your vacation.
- Re-check the property to confirm that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on good reviews to stimulate more reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
