About this Property

How she got her name....from the time I was a little girl and we'd go on our annual beach trip, my Daddy would get in the car and ask "Who's two hands excited to go see the Big O. We would all raise our hands and scream "Two Hands". Then he'd say, "I'm so excited, I have to sit on my hands to keep from clapping". This tradition continued through my kids and now my grandiose kids. So, this past Christmas soon after I bought this cute bungalow, the whole family was sitting around trying to come up with the ideal name. And my sweet 91 yr old Daddy, raised his hands and screamed...."Who's Two Hands Excited"? We all knew at that moment, she could go by no other name.

I have newly refreshed this bungalow located at U21 and it's never been on the rental program. It offers all new furnishings, beds, floor and deck. It's located on a handsome peaceful dead end street.

The master bedroom offers a queen bed with a private bath with a shower. The guest room offers a full over full bunk bed. I also added constructed in kids bunk beds in the hallway. There is another full bath in the hall. The den is cavernous with an open concept to the kitchen.

The deck offers new Polywood furnititure with seating for 6. There is also a washer and dryer in the shed. You can also savor a hot private shower outside. There is ample parking for 3 cars.

This is a NO pet home. I offer a complimentary golf cart for drivers over the age of 24. I also provide quality linens at no additional cost.

How to book the best vacation rental experience:

Get the most from your budget:

  • The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Booking your rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
  • To book the largest rental home within budget, we suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Myrtle Beach attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
  • Often, property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides which often include special offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a relationship with the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Use filters to narrow your rental search:

  • Start by selecting your potential vacation weeks and a spending budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your group requires. Please welcome \"Two Hands Excited\" to the Ocean Lakes rental program. has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rental home search.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is generally accessible on booking websites. Otherwise, email or call the property owner before booking the vacation home. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to determine what configuration is best for your vacation group.
  • If your group is vacationing with pets, search for a property that allows animals. Ask for details on breed, size, and type requirements. Usually, property managers require additional pet deposits and fees.
  • Visiting for a single event? Try a map search to find nearby properties.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all required amenities are available before reserving a rental.

More tips for your stay:

  • Review check in & check out procedures before leaving home. Take a printed copy, and add a note with the directions to your smartphone.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, intercom or washer/dryer. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents many concerns.
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the property when you are out, just like you would at home.
  • To make sure that no damages are linked to your stay, make a record of any problem areas upon your arrival. E-mail the rental manager immediately to record any issues. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be valuable.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay more pleasurable. You will enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a fantastic source for finding the best local beaches and restaurants.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Double-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did you have a fantastic vacation? Many rental websites make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
