Welcome to "The Resort" as my out of town family calls it. Savor a enchanting stay 5 miles from the beach and less then one mile to the waterway boating access. Take advantage of the many golf courses and family fun activities that Myrtle Beach has to offer without the hustle and bustle that sizable hotel chains bring. The benefit of this is that you have your own private home with a humongous private inground pool and fenced in yard. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with a private master bathroom equipped with a hottub tub and separate shower. Guest Room number 1 has a queen size bed and a twin over twin bunk bed as well as a TV and tons of storage space for clothes. Guest Room number 2 has Twin over Full Bunk Bed as well as a intelligent TV. The Couch turns into a queen size pull out bed as well. Incase you need room for one more we also have an ottoman that pulls out into a twin size bed. All beds are covered with bed protectors for added tranquility of mind. The hallway bathroom is a shower/tub combination and a half bath is also in the back end of the home known as the “pool bathroom” because it also leads out back to the pool. There is a handsome sitting area in the back yard as well as numerous lounge chairs. Our giant drive and garage have plenty of space to bring your boat or motorbikes. The pool was resurfaced in the summer of 2022. This location is pet friendly.

Vacation rental tips and tricks:
When to visit & When to book:
- To get the best value, try changing your family's Myrtle Beach vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warm temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
- The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. Reserving your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
- Booking websites often offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.
- Many management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guide magazines that include money-saving offers, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Selecting the best vacation home in Myrtle Beach:
- Choose dates and spending budget.
- Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your group needs. Quiet Home Close to Beach w\/ Private Pool has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
- Specific details about bedrooms and bed counts is generally available on booking pages. If they are not listed, email or call the host before reserving your home. Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to determine what bed configuration is right for your vacation group.
- Visiting for a specific event or attraction? Try a map search to locate nearby rentals.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.
- If your family is traveling with pets, you'll need to search for a pet-friendly property. Request information on breed, weight, and type requirements. Some hosts require additional pet deposits and fees.
Tips to have a smooth stay:
- Be sure you get the property manager's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental. Put the host's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Make a record of any issues with the property at check in, and immediately e-mail them to the owner. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are very helpful if damages are attributed to your stay.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, elevator or thermostat. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief call prevents many difficulties.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors can be an excellent source for finding the best local beaches.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically help. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Lock your rental while you're away. Keep your property safe!
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
- After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on good reviews to propel more reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
