Welcome to this newly modernized 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 media room, beach home that comes with a complimentary limo golf cart! Linens/towels and WiFi are supplied.

The kitchen is completely supplied with everything you would need for preparing any meal along with brand-new appliances including a washer and dryer. Appreciate your morning coffee with an ocean view from the porch with two rockers, swing, and table w/seating for four. The beachy ambiance is continued down below the home with an outside area, great calming, including a hammock. There is a gas grille for cookouts and a convenient outdoor shower with hot/cold water to rinse off the sand before entering the home. There are tons of additional items for beach use and games.

This home features a king bed in the master bedroom with private bath, a queen bed in the second & third bedroom and a full bunk in the fourth bedroom. There is also a queen fold-out couch sleeper in the 2nd floor media room. The home sleeps 10. Each room has cable with flat screen TV's and highspeed WiFi. This home is furnished with new furnishings along with tile floor throughout the home with freshly refreshed stainless-steel appliances and gorgeous granite counter tops!! The quality of this home sets the stage for the ideal family vacation!!!

Ocean Lakes has all the amenities and recreational opportunities that anyone could want to make those memorable memories with family and friends. You are only a 1-min. ride on the limo golf cart to appreciate time on the beach. Conveniently located right on the beach is a playground, volleyball, shuffleboard, basketball courts, and BIKE RENTALS! When you are ready to change it up you can take the kids or just yourself to the water park. The park has an Olympic size pool, indoor heated pool, 3 kiddy pools, water slide, and a lazy river open Memorial Day to Labor Day! In-door pool available year-round. At the pavilion, they have an arcade and scheduled events in the recreation center. Just behind the water park is the Meet n ‘Eat that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Savor or join in on some Karaoke on Friday evenings. This is a 24-hour gated community with a private security patrol to keep the area safe. Church services are held in the recreation center, as well as on the beach on Sundays. All these amenities are PROVIDED in the parking pass, $12/car per day, that you purchase from Ocean Lakes when you arrive at the facility. If you’re booking more than 30 days out, be sure to ask about Express Check-In parking passes, which will save you $2/car per day, and you will be able to skip the office and go straight to the home upon arrival!!

Our goal is to make you feel at home during your stay, therefore we keep our home clean and well outfitted with amenities, as you would your own. Our family is excited to have been able to purchase this property for our vacations, and equally as excited to share our home with others. We appreciate the location as it is only a min. ride on the golf cart, that is complimentary in the rental, to the beach but just far enough away from the busy section of Ocean Lakes to savor some peaceful relaxing time. Please note that because Ocean Lakes is a Family aligned community, the rental of this home is intended for families and extended families. It is NOT intended for groups of young singles under the age of 25. Thank you in advance for respecting our home.

When to go & When to book:

  • June, July, and August are high season in Myrtle Beach. To find the largest vacation home within your budget, we suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Myrtle Beach attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property management companies offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.
