Only mins. to the best shopping, eateries, nighttime life, golf, beaches and entertainment at Broadway at the Beach. This home is ideal for your family or friend group!

Explore this brand new modern and roomy 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home located within the Cloisters at Myrtlewood on 48th Avenue North in the heart of Myrtle Beach. This new construction 2,100 sq. ft. home is delightfully decorated and has impressive features like stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tray ceiling in the living room, multiple flat screen T.V.s with cable, and complimentary WiFi Internet access.

A couple of great features and fun facts to note:

-The nearest beach access, 48th Avenue North and Ocean Boulevard is 1.6 miles away and a 6 min. drive!
-Broadway at the Beach is 2.6 miles away and a 7 min. drive
-We have a tankless water heater so there will be no shortage of hot water
-Just about every room has a flat screen TV
-Parking in the neighborhood is not assigned and is on a first come first serve basis
-Nearest Major Airport: Myrtle Beach International Airport (7.1 miles)
-The home is pet friendly. The pet fee applies $100 dollars per pet 2 max
-You have to be 25+ to rent unless you're willing to put down a bigger returnable security deposit
-Trash pick-up is on Wednesday morning, please put the trash cans on the road the nighttime before!
-Walmart (38th Avenue North and North King's Hwy) is the closest grocery store.
