We have a handsome motor home set up at our home, with fool hook up. This is a great opportunity for new RV enthusiasts. The RV has 2 queen beds and 2 twin bunk beds and a full kitchen . Twin beds each have their own TVs. There is dining table, full size refrigerator, WiFi, etc... We are close proximity to the beach ( less than 1 mile) but you do need a car to get there or a golf cart. RV is located next to a busy highway so during the day can be busy but in the evenings usually it mellows down. This is a family aligned place, prefer no events. There is definitely no smoking in this unit.
You can rent the RV stationary at the home OR We can deliver and set up the RV, for an additional fee, at a local campground of your choice if you prefer to make reservations at a campground.
For families with modest kids, i can provide you with an access to a local resort with multiple indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, etc… please note this is per our discretion and not guaranteed unless previously rearranged.

Tips to get the optimal vacation rental experience:
Find your perfect rental:
- Summer is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To find the best value, try shifting your family's Myrtle Beach vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer excellent weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
- Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Some hosts and property managers offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group.
- Property managers usually offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitors guide magazines have coupons for local restaurants, attractions, and tours.
Use filters to search efficiently:
- Select a group lead, choose your dates, and choose a budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the configuration your family needs. RV life at Myrtle Beach has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rentals search.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is regularly available on booking websites. If not, email or call the property owner before booking the vacation home. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches. You will need to work out what configuration is right for your group.
- Are you looking for special amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters for amenities. Use these filters to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
- Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Make certain to ask about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
- If your family is vacationing with pets, you'll need to find a pet-friendly property. Ask for specifics on breed, size, and type restrictions. Often, property owners require additional pet deposits and fees.
More considerations for your visit:
- Take a copy of the owner's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental property. We recommend storing the host's information in your smartphone.
- Note any issues with the rental during check in, and immediately e-mail them to the owner. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are valuable if damages are assessed.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, A/V setup or washer/dryer. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents lots of issues.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors can be an incredible source for finding the best local restaurants, beaches, and hangouts.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Ensure you protect the owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are out, just like you would at home.
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all belongings. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
- Leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent feedback to compel more reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will appreciate that you share your experience find their best rental home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to remedy it.
