Check out this attractively refreshed vacation rental! This 8th floor unit offers beautiful South-facing vistas and offers 1 king bed, 1 queen size sleeper couch, private balcony, cable TV, resort wifi, dining table, and adjustable AC/Heat. This apartment will comfortably accommodate 2 guests in the king bed, and 2 additional guests on the sleeper couch. If you're planning your next vacation, unit 50807 is ideal for a couple or modest family looking to savor a nice, clean, updated rental. If more space is needed, rent this room AND others at the SAME resort, possibly even the SAME floor (ask us how)! Aside from the handsome room, guests will also have access to a full bathroom with vanity, upsized mirror, towels, and starter toiletries.

Our guests also appreciate having access to a full kitchen within the apartment. The entirely updated kitchen features brand new appliances including a full size refrigerator, new stove, and new microwave that were installed in early 2021. The kitchen is completely supplied with basic cookware, silverware, dishes and cups, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you'll need to prepare! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of fantastic dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, Postmates, and Grubhub have become very trendy and convenient options as well.

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are included. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.

While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have went above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests really appreciate the space, and we enjoy the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our prices reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Myrtle Beach State Park and Garden City Beach, while Family Kingdom Amusement Park and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach are popular area attractions. Find your perfect rental home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Myrtle Beach area. To book the most suitable rental within your budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies typically offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.   • Keep your rental home locked while you're away! Don't let burglars spoil your family vacation.
  • Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at check-out. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
