The unit includes one full bath conveniently located in the common area, and both the bedroom and living room are equipped with their own TVs for your entertainment. For added convenience, a stackable washer and dryer are included. The living room opens to a private balcony, ideal for appreciating the vistas. The well-appointed kitchen has a dining table with four chairs and full-sized appliances, including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and refrigerator with an ice maker.
